I have an iPod Nano, It dont turn on, and when is conected to the computer or the power, appers the apple logo, then turn off again, the turn on with the apple logo, turn off... infine loop.
I dont know how to restore it. I push the buttoms to restore it, but doesnt work because is in an infinite loop...
Which generation iPod Nano is this? How old is it? It could have a worn out battery. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store to have it checked.

Place the iPod in Recovery Mode and restore via iTunes.
If not successful, try DFU mode.

Maybe someone played around with your volume limit, try Settings>Music and then volume limit if not reboot your iPhone (hold sleep/wake and home button for about 10 seconds should start up again it self if nit then switch it on normally) and if that doesn't work then reset your settings.

I have an Ipod nano 6th gen, that originally worked when I got it, for like the first week or so. Now after transfering some 600 songs, it doesn't appear when I plug it into my desktop, or itunes. I even tried it on some family computers, and it still didn't appear. Anyone else having this same issue? I could use some help.
I have yet to try another usb cable, but the device does charge when I plug it in, which seems odd. I have the most recent version of Itunes.

I was thinking that you may need to reset the iPod Nano, outlined here How to reset iPod http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1320.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and Volume Down button simultaneously for at least eight seconds or until the Apple logo appears. You may need to repeat this step.
If the above step did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. Try resetting the iPod while it is connected to power.
If that doesn't quite get the iPod going again, then it will need to be restored. Use this article to help with that Restoring iPod to factory settings http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1339.

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

My iPod nano 5th generation got wet and now the backlight is so weak I can barley read anything on it. Also, it won't turn on unless it is plugged in (i.e. to a stero or my Mac), so I cant listen to it anywhere but in my house! Help!
