I have an iPod that has music from CD's that I no longer have. The iPod was synced to an old computer that crashed. My current iPhone and my old iPod share an itune's account. Is there a way I can transfer my music from my old iPod to my new computer?

I have an old iPod touch with songs from CD's I no longer have (so they weren't purchased on iTunes). The computer that the songs were synced on crashed a while ago. Is there a way I can sync my old iPod to my new computer and retrieve those songs to get them on my new iPhone? They share an Apple ID and iTuens account.

Most Windows users don't.
Purchase an external hard drive and use the backup software that comes with it to backup files from your computer.
Buy TouchCopy and install it on your new computer, connect your old iPod and transfer your songs to your computer.
