You can't go directly from the Touch to the Shuffle, but if you can get the music into your itunes library on your computer, you'll be able to sync that music to the Shuffle no problem. It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.

You can try to repair your library. Once you are sure the files are all taken care of, you can sync the phone to remove all of the music and then sync again to add it back. That should take care of the issue.

Yes, if you choose the Erase and Sync option (or restore your iPod) you will be allowed to sync your iPod with the new computer.

However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do a Google search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.
Once the song files are on your new computer, add them to your iTunes library. Then, you can sync the iPod and iPhone to that iTunes library.
NOTE: For any previous song purchases from the iTunes Store, you can re-download them at no cost from the iTunes Store Purchased screen. You need to be signed in using the same Apple ID used for purchasing. -

Some of my music was purchased with an old email address (old account) which is no longer valid. Since it has been a long time since we used the email address we no longer know the password. Now I can't access the music from my old account due to using a new computer. I've purchased the music and downloaded cds with the old account and need to be able to get my music.
