I have an itunes gift card. I entered the code. Picked a song to download, but itunes requires credit card. When I click on redeem link, it says I've already redeemed my card and to choose "music purchased". How do I download the music I want.

Sorry, but there's no way to force the iTunes Store to use your credit card. If there's a credit balance available, purchases will be deducted from that first.

When I click on a link, it opens a new screen which stays blank and in the adress is no website but searching History and bookmarks. Nothing else happens

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Recently installed Amazon Uploader and Downloader, and downloaded MP3s from Amazon. I cleared history, cookies, etc. Running Windows 7 and current version of Firefox. Not having problem on IE 8, or with any other apps. Have not installed any other applications, but did install a JAVA update yesterday. Did not help the problem.

Well i shouldnt say that, all anyone said was to read the java api's.... When all i needed was to learn how to make the link to process input to a database by a servlet.

The credit should be on your account.
You shoudl not have to re-enter anything.
It should stay on your account where you can access it from any computer/device with itunes.
Just sign into your account.
