I have an old i tunes account attached to an old email account that is no longer valid. have forgotten the apple id attached to this acct. so no longer can get the forgotten id sent to the email. I have made a new apple id and email is attached but my laptop will not allow me to download again and start over. although really dont want to start over , as have alot of music in my old account. Please help! thanks

Total beginner question: I have a vendor that is storing their files in Creative Cloud. Now I'd like to have my team grab the files using Adobe Bridge.
How do I do that?

I would not try a multi-user workflow like this for several reasons:
This will change the activation of the software on your computer which may impact the other actual user using the software.
You will be asked whether to merge or create a new Creative Cloud Files folder. Depending on your choices you will not only be syncing the files over from the other user but syncing your files to that user.
If the other user and you are working on the same synced file you may overwrite each others' works.
If you want to share files now my suggestion would be to zip up a bunch of files and then publically share this one file with the other person.

I've just discovered that with the newest version of iTunes you can no longer delete apps you don't want. You used to be able to do so by connecting to to desktop computer and delete them. Tech support said you can't delete apps anymore. Not Good!

I've just discovered that with the newest version of iTunes you can no longer delete iPod Touch/iPhone apps you don't want. You used to be able to do so by going onto iTunes on your desktop computer and deleting them. Not Good! I just called tech support and they said that in this version there is no way to delete them. They also said there have been numerous complaints about this. You can't even delete them from your applications folder. It's as though you're being held hostage to apps you tried, but do not want.
While we're on the subject, I don't like the fact the the iPod touch comes with unistalable apps such as: Passbook, Nike & iPod, Newsstand, and Game Center. Don't want them, will never use them. Give customers the option to delete apps that we don't want. Call Apple's corporate customer care. escalation, and complain untill they fix this.

I am trying to restore my phone from iCloud and it continues to say that I've lost my internet connection (which hasn't happened) and it wont restore the phone! Any suggestions????

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address already set up on your account - if you don't have one then you won't get the reset option, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use, or you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

when you open the app store scroll down to the bottom it will display the apple id currently in use, change it to your normal apple id email

The procedure is Settings>Messages>Send & Receive at>You can be reached by iMessages at>Add another email address. The email address has to be a valid working email address, obviously. Apple should verify the email address and you have to go to the inbox of that email account, read the verification email from Apple and follow the inductions in the email in order to complete the verification. Then you go back to the settings, uncheck your email address and check the new email address to be used as the contact email address.

I had my iTunes account synced with an old e-mail account. I no longer remeber my password for this account and no longer have access to this e-mail account. I was able to change my information to a new e-mail in iTunes and iCloud with no trouble but my iOS device keeps asking me for the password to my old iTunes account which I can't remember. i am unable to locate my old itunes account. I save music from my own collection and purchased tracks from itunes. i believe the account was using an old gmail account which has been deleted by google as it was inactive for a period of time. the rescue email address is also not obsolete. If you have purchases on your iPod Shuffle that you want to sync back to iTunes, but are under the Apple ID you no longer have access to, you'll need to reset that account information. You can use this link to reset your password.

If that doesn' work or help, you'll need to contact iTunes support and have them walk you through the process of resetting the older account information. Once you know the email and password again, you can authorize your new computer and transfer any purchases from this account back to iTunes.
For all non-iTunes purchased content, you'll need to the assistance of some sort of third party software that is not supported by Apple. See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.
