What type of unlimited subscription?  There are several.  Even an unlimited subscription does necessarily cover every number in a particular country or the planet.  Unlimited plans generally cover landline numbers in many countries but not all countries. All subscriptions cover mobiles in only a few countries.  Shared cost, Premium numbers, and non-regional numbers are also not covered by any subscription.  Credit is required anytime you dial a number not covered by your subscription or in cases of minute subscription, when that subscription is exhausted for that month.

    ALWAYS start your own topic instead of attempting to use someone else's. You have a different issue. You are attempting to call to cellphones in Norway and Italy. Only calls to landlines are included in your Subscription and Romania is not an included country.
    Please check your coverage carefully.

    Below is a copy of an 8/7/2013 email from adobe. I prepaid a one-year subscription, and, until I recently upgraded to Windows 8, I was able to make several dozens of merged pdf documents. I seem to be no longer able to use the merge feature that I had successfully and repeated used. When I search for the merge feature I end up with a request that I pay for an upgrade monthly subscription to use the merge feature.

    It wouldn't install for nearly 5 times I tried to do this.  Now it's finally installed again but it won't budge past the trial version.  I click BUY NOW but then it says "error you already have a subscription" then it times out and just stays on the Trial Expired page.

    Please log out from your Adobe application and login again.
    Once you launch Acrobat and get error saying trial expired, you will find an option saying 'license this software'.
    Select this option and enter your credentials.
    Now check and let me know.

    So I've checked and read and googled... I have the Unlimited World plan that covers China. From my understanding anyway. My account says Premium, which I read does not cover China. But I also have Unlimited World that does include China. When I go to the rates and click on China it shows the unlimited plan at the bottom. When I click it, it says I already have this plan and will be overlapping my current plan. I really need my subscription to work, otherwise I will cancel it, what's the point?

    I made a call from my desktop computer to a landline phone in Switzerland which is covered by my Europe subscription and it charged me and took from my Skype credit. I'd like my credit back please and to know why it's done this. I've never had problems with Skype before and would hate to have problems now.

    but when i am making call to AUS, skype is dedecting the amount from my old balance, the new subscription is not working.

    1. This indicates that you are calling outside your Plan coverage. To which country are you calling and are you calling landlines or cellphones?
    2. If you have been incorrectly charged you will be reimbursed but it is very unlikely that you have been wrongly charged.

    Assuming you have a free connection, wifi etc., in Italy there should be no charge for you to call the U.S. using your unlimited subscrption.

  • Your trial has expired, I have a monthly subscription but photoshop is asking for a key, what gives?

    I have a valid monthly subscription to photoshop/Lightroom.
    I keep getting this message when launching photoshop cc.  Lightroom works fine. 
    I uninstalled everything via the adobe uninstaller, I ran the adobe cc cleaner and rebooted. 
    I then reinstalled adobe create cloud and installed both lightroom and photoshop AFTER signing in, they were both installed from the creative cloud menu.  It says my programs are both up to date, yet when I launch Photoshop I get the trial has expired page, I click "License this software" sign in with my valid adobe ID email, hit "sign in" and it keeps prompting for a license key.  I was NEVER given a license key so what gives?
    What is going on.....I'm getting very frustrated with this software, was working fine, have been using it for months now.
    OS: Mac OSX 10.9.2

    There are no billing issues, I have checked it.
    Adobe CC does not require serial number, to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com .Download, install & activate it from there.
    Please let me know if it is asking for serial number when you are trying to activate the CC.

  • Trial has expired and the Application Manager is now requesting a Serial Number. I have paid my subscription but don't seem to have a serial number.

    I signed up to Creative Cloud Student, 6 weeks ago and started paying my monthly subscription immediately. When I downloaded the software (photoshop, indesign and illustrator), they appeared as trials.
    The trials have now expired and I can no longer access the software. Adobe Application managed opens asking me to License the Software which requires a serial number.
    I have looked through my emails from adobe and my adobe account online and cannot find a serial number anywhere.

    CC  mostly asks for serial number if:
    1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
    2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
    3. The activation count has increased.
    If the CC is asking for serial number, please follow the steps in Re: Invalid serial number?
    You just need to activate the Cc with the Adobe ID with which it has been registered.

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:
    Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
    If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
    Open a CC Application (e.g. InDesign or photoshop etc).
    If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
