I have asked to get a reminder of my security question for AppID. I confirme my ID with a mail and was told that help was sent to me. But no mail has appered on my mail. What to do?

Most confusing that iTunes ask security questions when I try to bay some Apps. ID and password is ok, but I got to awnser som questions. And I´m not 100% sure of the awnsers. So I marked "forgot ....." And get an Email to confirm my ID. So far so good... I confirme that and got a new mail saying, we are sending information to help you solve this..
But I haven´t recive any mait regarding that.
What to do?

Thanks for the question. I understand you wish to reset your security questions, and it sounds like you've done everything correctly. One detail to remember is that the Security Question reset email is sent to your Rescue Email Address, not the primary email address. Reboot your iPad and then see if you can set the security questions.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

How can I get past always ansering my security question for my bacn website.

I go to my bank website and it always asks me my security question. It also tells me to set my browser settings to recognize the site. How can I change the browser settings if I keep seeing this message. I am using firefox 27.0.1 with windows 7 64 bit. Or am I not able to recognize the site. I understand security is important. Are you trying to install the 32-bit version on a 64-bit machine, or vice versa?

If you used icloud for your contacts and calendar then you should have no problem. They will all come back on the phone once you put the icloud user name and password in. Itunes does not store the contact information except in a backup file and if you were backing up using icloud you can use that backup to restore with.

If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset them. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I have called and been told that "technicians at adobe" could perform a paid service to find out what the files were created in and get them to be useable in InDesign 6, but I'd need an email address that was registered to our software to give the help desk person. After finding the correct email address, different adobe help number people told me to come here to ask as there is no phone support. Can anyone get me to an adobe technician that can provide a price quote for finding out what created these files and for getting them converted? Thanks.

Sorry, I understood you to say you had the whole CS6 suite, which includes Illustrator.
As far as finding out what the files are, sometimes you can look at them in a text editor to figure this out. See below; the, Creator Tool line. Not every software package makes it this easy, though.

Your redemption code was used to acquire an activation code. The activation code is what you need to use when you want to reinstall/enable the software again. Check your Adobe account online to see if the number(s) can be found there.

You probably will need to force-quit Word. Go to the Apple menu, choose "Force Quit", locate and select Word in the list of applications and click the "Force Quit" button. You will of course most likely lose any changes you made to the document since you last saved it (or it was auto-saved, if you have that option turned on in Word).

If you bought it on your computer's iTunes then it will have downloaded to the Books section of your computer's iTunes library. You should be able to sync it to the iBooks by connecting and selecting the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (on iTunes 11 you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC) and then on the Books tab on the right-hand side of the screen selecting and syncing that book. Or you should also be able to re-download it directly on the iPad via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app - it should sync/download to the Books collection in the app.
