I have audio but no visual on my AppleTV

Using my iPad 2 I cannot get Visual on my Apple TV but I can get audio can anyone help? I have updated both AppleTV in my iPad and that did not help.

H.264 video should be supported by your basic Snow Leopard operating system. The DVCPRO HD family of codecs is part of the Apple "Pro" codecs package which is normally installed as part of a "Pro" video editing suite installer or contemporaneously installed separately as part of one of the newer pro editing apps like FCPX. if you already have one of these pro suites or apps installed or available, then re-install the correct codec package that is missing. If not, you will need to purchase a Pro suite or app to be able to install the required codec package.

IPhone Videos on TV - Have Audio but no Video

I recently bought the composite cables for iPhone and hooked them up to my TV so that I can view my videos on it. However I can hear the audio but I cannot see any video on it. I have 4 composite outlets on my TV and I have tried them all. My DVD player plays video on all 4 outlets fine though.
Music plays fine, obviously I do not need video for that.
At first I thought that the yellow composite cable was defective, so I brought it back to exchange at the store, twice. No luck with the other two cables either.
I have tried both NTSC and PAL outputs although I'm pretty sure my TV is NTSC.
A lot of my videos were converted from .avi format to .m4v format. None of the videos were purchased from the iTunes store. Is there something wrong with the conversion? Is there any particular settings (fps, sampling, etc.) that I should convert my m4v files in? Should I just have converted them to .mp4 instead?
I'm just about to buy a Composite to S-video converter so that I can see if I can use that outlet for video instead. But before I blow $30 on it, can anyone let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Are you sure you got the "new" cable? I have a cable that plugs into the earphone jack that works with an older iPod, but had to purchase the newer cable to use with my iPhone. The new cable plugs into the usb/sync connection on the bottom. I think it is also possible you may have been sold an older cable that plugs in this way as well. You should check the packaging to see which specific models it is compatible with. If it is not the cable that Apple sells there's a good chance this is your problem.

I just purchased Premiere 13 and the video files won't play in Windows Media Player. I have audio but no video. What can I do? I have Premiere 12 and everything works fine with it.

or something different like

We are going to have to get at your export settings which gets us to the properties of the finished video that you are trying to play in Windows Media Player.
If you take your finished video from Premiere Elements 13 and import that into a new Premiere Elements 13 project with Add Media/Files and Folders,
does it import into the new project. And, when the video is in the new project, does it display video and have audio in the Edit area monitor?
We need more details of the properties of the finished video. Knowing that you have no problems with this matter in Premiere Elements 12 and that
the finished video plays in CyberLink are important, but they do not help to figure out what is happening in 13 so that it does not happen again.

Flash player worked for months but now I have audio but no video / Windows 8 / Help

Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player. I recommend trying both of the links below to see how they perform. If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit as the HTML5 video link does not use Flash Player when playing. You can verify the use of HTML5 by right clicking the HTML5 video and looking for the words "About HTML5" at the bottom of the context menu.

make sure that you are not covering the mic on the bottom of the device and top (opposite of lock button) when recording a video.
Other than that, back up in iTunes and RESTORE firware for a clean slated version of the ISPW

Try the following first.
Start a video playing.
Right click on the video ( green screen ) and select Settings.
Remove the tick from the box next to 'Enable Hardware Acceleration' and then click close.
Refresh the current page and see if the video now plays Ok.
If the above fails to correct the issue, try a clean installation of the flash plugin/ActiveX as follows.
First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
Flash Player Uninstaller.
When the download has completed, close all browser windows, open your Download folder and run the uninstaller. After this has completed, restart the notebook.
When windows has reloaded, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You may want to deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before downloading.
When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

Can Connect to PC AIM Users and Have Audio but No Video, But Worked Before!

Hi all,
I know this has been answered a thousand times in a thousand ways, but I still can't make it work. I purchased a MacBook with built-in iSight using OS X 10.4.11. For the first three months of use, I logged into AIM through iChat and was able to chat with any user using both audio and video with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Now, I can still connect to other users but they only receive audio from me and no video while I still have a video display at my end. In other cases, I can't connect whatsoever. I am not using a Firewall, so there should be not port issues. I have not once changed my settings from the time that they worked until now. Neither have my chatting companions (most of whom are on PCs, by the way). I am on the same ISP using the same modem.
I have tried every setting change in the book. I have deleted the preferences file. I've opened up ports when I don't need to. I am completely, utterly at my wits end, since video chat is one of the few things that keeps me sane in a long distance relationship.
What's gone wrong?

Music Videos in iTunes have audio, but no picture

Recently, I noticed that when I click on a song in iTunes, the audio for the song will play, but not the picture. I have found, however, that by going to View > Video Size, and then clicking on any of the sizes, the picture for the video will appear, but I don't want to do that every time that I want to watch a music video... I'm just looking for a way for me to watch videos by simply double-clicking on the name of the video.
Also, I would like to note that my music videos work perfectly fine on my iPod, it is only iTunes that I'm having a problem with. The only things that I can think of recently for having anything to do with this would be either upgrading to iTunes 8.2 or buying several new music videos.

MP4 files have audio but not video

Using Premiere Pro CS6, I have no video when importing clips shoot with the new Canon HF G30. The clips are shoot in 1080P @ PF25 (25P). The audio is fine, but there simply is no video. Importing AVCHD clip from the same camera has no problems. Any suggestions as to how I get these clips imported with both video and sound?

Remember, I have tried importing both clips in Premiere Pro CS6, and the MP4 clip shows no video. The AVCHD clip does.

Audio but no visual in DV

Received some .dv files for editing recently that while they play in the preview window in finder, when opened in quicktime, they only play audio, with a black box for video. When opened, a quick flash of video shows, but converts to black. These import to FCE fine.
Codecs on file that play fine in Quicktime 7.5.5 from the same import session list DV/DVCPRO - NTSC, Integer (Little Endian), Timecode.
If 'Timecode' is not present as a codec, the don't play correctly in quicktime.
Any thoughts on how to correct this?

Video Audio but no visual

I just updated my iTunes, but now my videos won't show properly. The sound is fine but the video doesn't appear the screen is just black and occassionally a pink screen flashes with "dvd" in a blue band. Any ideas what to do to fix this?
