I have been adding data to my prepaid phone but Verizon is telling me it is unable to process. Why not? I have a list of add ons but I don't have them on my phone. Now I can't use my phone because they won't add to my phone. What do I need to do?
Why is Verizon not adding my data add ons when I sign in and try to use the service? I have been adding on since early November and I had to get another refill card. I don't have any data on my prepaid phone. Where is my data? I can't use my prepaid. I need help.

Thank you for the answers so far, but I'll make one correction: I said earlier that the Boston Globe website, boston.com, does not have a mobile site, and I would need to visit their regular website on my iPhone. Actually, I just found out that boston.com has a mobile site, so I'd obviously use that instead of the regular site. By doing that, I'd save a ton of data (I think). Does that change your answers?

The email was sent at approx. 6:45 a.m. Tuesday to everyone in my address book. It stated that I was in Wales and had been mugged---all my cash, credit cards, and cell phone taken. My flight was supposed to leave in 6 hours, but the hotel wouldn't let me leave until I paid my bill. The email didn't give any contact information---so I'm assuming it was a "Trojan horse" to give a virus to everyone on my address list.
Now, I can't open my email because it won't accept my usual password. Attempts to change my password have been unsuccessful. It says that I have not been properly identified to change my password.You will need to contact the customer services for the email service that was hacked and try to convince them that your account has been hacked.
There are a number of ways that they get access to the password. One of the most common is by phishing, you are presented with a bogus site that looks like the login page for the email service/site and you enter your login details. This is frequently done by sending an email to you saying that you need to log into the site or need to confirm your details.
To makes sure that your computer is not infected with malware, try running several malware scanners. It is best to run several as each will pick up things that the others miss. Some scanners you can try are:

I'm going to assume the reason your able to get them at home is because your connected to wifi?
Can you do anything else when connected to cellular data?

My Firefox 4.0.1 crashes when I try to go to Tools>Get Add-ons. I don't have any add-ons installed on my Firefox, at all. My OS is Win7 64-bit. I've already tried Uninstall-Reinstalling Firefox but it didn't work either.

Back up fails because the time machine can't back up a "case sensitive" disk. I have no idea what this means or how to fix it.
What are you backing-up to, an external HD or a Time Capsule?
Check the Format of your internal HD and your external HD (assuming that's what you're backing-up to), via Disk Utility (in your Applications/Utiliites folder).
Click the partition (indented under the main line for the drive) in the sidebar, and see what's shown at the bottom:
Do the same for your Time Machine drive, and report what you find. -
After I edited my contact list on my iphone I set up the icloud account. Now all of my old contacts have been added to the edited ones. If I delete the icould will I lose all of my contacts or just the ones brought in by icloud?
You cannot delete an Apple ID, you can just stop using it. If your photos are still on your phone now, then I suggest you do back them up. Transfer them from the phone into your iPhoto Library. iCloud only backs up your Camera Roll automatically. But the Camera Roll only contains new photos that were taken but not yet transferred using iTunes.

My iphone 4 is telling me I have to restore but when I plug in and connect to itunes, it freezes about 30-50 % through the process. Now I can't use my phone at all? I am waiting about 1-3 hours for this process to finish and nothing ever happens. HELP!!
Put it into DFU mode - hold the sleep/wake button and home button until the screen goes black (ignoring the slide to turn off slider). When the screen goes black release the sleep/wake button but hold the home button. Continue holding the home button for 10 seconds, then release it. The screen should stay black. Plug it into iTunes and it should come up with this message "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. It must be restored before use", that's when it is successfully in DFU mode. Now press the restore button in iTunes and it should run smoothly :)

I have a verizon iphone 5c and I took out the SIM card just being curious and put it back in, now I can only use my phone on wifi and I can't use 4G or LTE strictly wifi. How can I fix this?
Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears? If that doesn't work, try resetting the network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
If that fails, you may possibly have damaged the SIM. Verizon will need to give you a new one.

All of a sudden my contacts are all screwed up. Somehow my yahoo contacts have been added to my phone. I have duplicates of stuff in my phone that shoudn't be there and stuff I never entered in contacts. How do I fix this?
