Dear Apple,
I have an iPhone 4S. I have been charged 11 times so far. At first I just purchased a game on iTune. However, your system said I had to check my bank's payment method. So I checked it again and again. After I checked it, I went back to my iPhone. I wanted to check if it's ok. But everytime when I comfirmed the payment method, your system charged me $1. Until now, I have been charged 11 times. What's going on with your system? I'm really mad right now. Your system only brought me lots of problems. Please help me figure out my problem.

    Because too much time has passed I can't edit this into the prior comment, but here is the info regarding reverting to iTunes 11.0.2 (assuming you do have a time machine backup) from https://discussions.apple.com/message/22057703#22057703

    Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.

    You, and nobody else who has access to your account or devices, haven't made multiple in-app purchases in the app ?

    The purchase history on your acocunt should say what the item was : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent purchase is above the list).
    If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Same thing happen to me yesterday and today. I have been trying to buy because I cannot afford to keep doing the $10 and I call overseas a lot.
    PayPal shows that it charged me that one yesterday and today but it did not show in my bank yet (thank God) but I hope it won't charge me all at once.
    The customer service is too hard to approach here. It hurts as appropriate supporter.
    I think they might have approved technical issues since yesterday.

    I have an issue. Recently I tried to authorize another card to pay my balance due and itunes would not authorize the card. Now that I am looking at my banking statement/ online banking it shows that multiple times the card was charged for the exact amount due ,21.02. but the payment already came out of my primary banking account, What do I do because I can not speak to a regular person since it is an Itunes account issue.     I made a purchase last night on Apple TV only to find out that Apple iTunes charged me three times for it. Anyone else have this issue?
    I suggest everyone that is purcashing from iTunes and Apple TV that you check your bank statement to make sure you aren't being charged TRIPLE for what you've bought.
