I have been charged £5.44 ffrom itunes but haven't purchased anything. I have checked my itunes account and it says there was a purchase on the 15th January 13. It doesnt say what it was or how much it was for. The listings show all the apps ive downloaded whether they are free or charged but not this one from the 15th.
Please can anyone help me find out what has happenned and how i can find out what it was for
Thank youThe purchase history on your acocunt should say what the item was : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent purchase is above the list).
If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Since downloading my copy of Lion 2 days ago, I have been charged 3 times for it. Apple have taken an extra 2 payments of $29.99 out of my account.

Most unusual. I think you will need to wait a few days in case it is a bank problem.
If this situation continues you should contact Apple, after all, you don't want to be thought of as taking advantage, I'm sure. That's why you raised it in the first place.

I have an issue. Recently I tried to authorize another card to pay my balance due and itunes would not authorize the card. Now that I am looking at my banking statement/ online banking it shows that multiple times the card was charged for the exact amount due ,21.02. but the payment already came out of my primary banking account, What do I do because I can not speak to a regular person since it is an Itunes account issue. I need some sort of help and I really want the funds refunded... I took screen shots proving all of this information.

What does it mean when a purchase is billed to "store credit"? Is it one of those iTunes gift vouchers? Only reason I ask is because I downloaded Ken Follit's FREE book from the 12 days of Christmas app and seem to have been charged 10.99 for it!?

Havent really been able to use it since I bought it at xmas time..It sounds as though you didn't actually order the movie and just set up your payment info. The $1 is just a holding sum, you won't actually get charged that.

If it's an app then does it allow you to make in-app purchases within it ? If it does then you can turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions on your device. -

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
