I have been charged 3 times for student premium when it says I can't be verified that I am a student even though I manually sent it in 2 hours ago and still haven't gotten anything back from spotify. I've checked email and spam and have emailed them again and hour ago and still nothing but I still lot chanrged...why?

If you contact Spotify through online contact form, they will be able to sort out these multiple charges and see what's going on with the student verification. Once you send in the form, you should receive a reply from them within 24-48 hours. If you need any further help, let me know! :)

Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -

You, and nobody else who has access to your account or devices, haven't made multiple in-app purchases in the app ?

The OS X Lion installer takes more than 4 GB of space, so it is normal for most Internet connections to take the download more than an hour.
If you want to see the download progress, open the Mac App Store and go to Purchases.

The app may have been free to download, but did you then make any in-app purchases within it to unlock extra features ? You can turn off in-app purchases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' -
My newly acquired macbook does not have Appleworks installed. The finder gives this info.....

thank you.....AppleWorks is not legally available for download. You would need to buy a copy. HardcoreMac.com still lists AppleWorks 6 on their website. You could also try eBay but you would need to make sure it is AppleWorks 6.2 or newer to install on OS X.

I have an iPhone 4S. I have been charged 11 times so far. At first I just purchased a game on iTune. However, your system said I had to check my bank's payment method. So I checked it again and again. After I checked it, I went back to my iPhone. I wanted to check if it's ok. But everytime when I comfirmed the payment method, your system charged me $1. Until now, I have been charged 11 times. What's going on with your system? I'm really mad right now. Your system only brought me lots of problems. Please help me figure out my problem.
