I have been charged for a book but its not in my book store

I bought an audio book yesterday and apple have charged me but I haven't got the book and now I can't even find the book online

audiobooks are accessed via the Music app in iOS.

    Try this:
    Open your iBooks app on your iPad
    Select the Store Button at the top
    Select Purchased at the bottom
    You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
    Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
    Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

    For Amazon stuff you should consult the Amazon help and forums.  It has nothing to do with Apple or iBooks.
    For your wrong book problem, try using the "report a problem" link on your receipt or in the Purchases section of your iTunes account.

    If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
    Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. 
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

    You got the new iphone?????   I have same problem.  I transferred audiobooks to device to find no audiobooks on device (despite it being in iTunes as if it was).  Have you found a solution?????   I even tried to change import settings on format transfer but hasn't worked.

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Same has just happened to me and not a single way of contacting Skype in relation fraud app at from this xxxxxxxxxxxx forum.     I just found the following on the Skype web site.  WTF?   This is negative option marketing in my opinion (the seller opts you in to something without your explicit consent and you have to opt out if you don't want it)!

    First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:
