Hi,
I have been charged for a purchase that I have not made (just seen on my online banking) and it does not appear on my purchase history can anyone let me know how I get in touch with apple as I am strugglng to find any contact details for this.
I haven't made any purchases that have cost me only free apps.

But if nothing show on your account's purchase history (you only have the one account to which that card has been attached) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
and it's not a temporary store holding charge : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702
then you may also want to contact your card issuer

Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They should then issue a credit to your account.
And you might want to change your password to your iTMS account, just in case someone has indeed gotten access to your account.

I have been charged for a ringtone that I did not purchase. I wne t back to my downloaded apps to see if I did it by mistake it is not even there. I was cahregd $3 for a song that I did not even know. Please help me what I can do to reverse this charge and protect myself for something like this happening again?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

Try resetting it while it is connected to power: Hold down the home and sleep button, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons. It is connected to a wall charger?

Did you add or change your card details when downloading it i.e.is it a temporarory holding charge : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702 ?
And/or have you made in-app purchases in it ?
