I have been charged 3 times for an app minecraft I didn't download this app and shouldn't be charged for it

    You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. Have you added or changed your credit card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ?     Hello I think I have put too much info in my question.  I do however need help getting my money back.  Thank you for your help.

    There are a few apps with variations on 'Bingo Blitz' as their name, at least one of which is paid for and a couple of others, whilst free to download, then allow in-app purchases to be made within them (you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off').

    You cannot call anyone.  You contact them as everyone else does:  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
    You delete the app as you do any other app.  Hold an icon until they wiggle.  Tap the "x".  This is covered in the manual.

    Try this:
    Open your iBooks app on your iPad
    Select the Store Button at the top
    Select Purchased at the bottom
    You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
    Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
    Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book

    If it's an app then does it allow you to make in-app purchases within it ? If it does then you can turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions on your device.

    I'm not sure what 'I do to know what' means, but you can view the purchase history on yoru account via your comptuer's iTunes : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
