Why have I been disconnected by ADOBE while I was trying to reset the ADOBE READER installed in my MacBookAir ?
What was the exact error message? If there isn't a message, please explain what you mean by "stopped"?

REgarding item 40 on your Snippets, when I atempt to open RoboHelp for Word, I get an error mesage that reads RoboHElp explorer is unable to start Word. I have uninstalled RoboHelp X5 and the upgrade to RoboHelp 7 and reinstalled both. Also had IT provide me with a new profile. Unfortunately, these steps did not resolve the issue of being unable to open xpj files.

I am now unable to print pdf documents. The message on screen says I have not selected any pages to print, even though the bullet point saying 'All' pages has been clicked. Open Adobe Reader | Edit | Preferences | Documents: change View Documents in PDF/A Mode to Never.

We are installing Personas and facing several challenges.
Personas 2 SP02 was installed according to instructions of Note '1848339 - Installation and Upgrade note for Personas' and configured according to the Config Guide v1.3 (rel. May 2014). The referenced notes were also applied as well as the 'How to config - FAQ' blog by Sushant.
We are able to log on and execute transactions and perform activities successfully (e.g. SE80, SPRO, KB15, etc.).
When trying to copy a screen the following error appears: 'An unexpected behaviour has been detected and you have been disconnected - please log in again.'
Thereafter one can simply continue executing transactions without having to log in again.

I have never worked on SAP PERSONA but you can try below things
1)try to use different user or J2ee_admin since it might be same user multiple session case
2) Try with different browser since plugins can behave unexpectedly
3)Make entry in host file also
4) check dev_icm logs
5) check on ABAP side for dumps in ST22

I have been using iChat for years, never a problem. Everything else on the computer is working, so it is not the modem, airport, etc. But when I try to open iChat it tries to start up but then I get the message:
"You have been disconnected from iChat services. An internal error has occurred that disconnected you from all iChat services".
it says to login again, so i do....and get the same message over and over.
Any thoughts/ideas? We use our video chat at least once a day and it's been like this for 2 days now.

If since you have upgraded to 10.6
Try logging on to AIM on port 443 rather than port 5190.
Go to IChat in the menu bar > Preferences > Accounts.
Log out of AIM and then use the Server Settings tab
Set the port to 443(press return/enter(you might have to tick and untick SSL for 443 to stick)).
Log back in again. -

I can't use FaceTime on my Macbook Pro and I don't know why? It had worked previously before. The error message says: "You have been disconnected from FaceTime Services. An internal error occurred that disconnected you from all FaceTime services. To resume FaceTime, quit and relaunch FaceTime." I try logging on and it fails. I read a few discussion posts and then tried deleting my logins of facetime from the Keychain access. Now I can't even log in. It keeps asking me for the password and not storing it. Please help.

If you just bought the iMac and the Sjuperdrive take the superdrive back and get a refund. The by any other brand external DVD drive that connects by USB and try that. Most come with a Y USB cable to allow you to connect to 2 USB ports to supply enogh power to the drive IF Needed.
Or take both back and get a refund on both, you have 14 days to return it no questions asked, and buy another iMac and some other brand external DVD drive. -
First question - I have Acrobat 9 on my desktop and the license seems to have been messed up. I tried to download and fis but I asked me for a disk. I don't have any idea where the "disk" is. Can I get the license update without that disk?

i am try to use my itunes which i have not used in a while trying to do all the upgrades. i have an older macbook but i cant download anything. so is apple saying that i will not be able to connect my iphone to macbook ever unless i get a new laptop?
Your MacBook is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6.8, which is the minimum required to install the current version of iTunes and sync devices running iOS 7. It doesn't need to be compatible with Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks.

I have a picture on Adobe Reader X1. I tried to put the names of those in the pic below it. With 5 rows the only way I could do it is using font 6 because the room they gave me was limited. I then tried to email it and it went to my Windows Live Mail which didn't send. I'd like to email it using my Outlook. Any ideas?
You need to configure your email Preferences in Adobe Reader.
Otherwise send that PDF manually as an attachment to an Outlook message. -
My itunes store account it still active but its declining my visa account which i have been using for a while to download apps
My experience in this situation has been that's it's related to the visa card, and not necessarily the phone or the iTunes store. In addition to verifying all of the credentials on the card as entered, I'd also check with you card bank and see if they have declined the charges due to some type of security concerns. I have a Chase card, and they will decline a charge even though there are sufficient funds available, if the charges meet some security screening criteria.

Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.
