I have been duplicated charged in my credit card on 7/6/2012, when I called in the phone the machine send me to the web page, but i need to talk to somebody

I have been charged twice on one of the 3 purchases I made on 7/6/2012 for the Bejeweled Blitz, (1) $4.99, (1) $9.99 , and (1) $4.99.  My credit card has been charged for (1) $9.98, (1) $9.99 and (1) $9.98, which totalizes $29.95 instead of $19.97.  When I tried to reply from your notification receipt, it does not connect me with your store, it says... Failed...   When i tried calling the number showed in my credit card 1-866-712-7753 it comes a voice mail saying that I have to use the web page.  Please credit my account as it should be and send me an e-mail confirmation.  Thnaks.

    If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ?     Look at you purchase history.
    Open itunes, click on your name in the top right corner and go to your account and look.
    BTW, there is no telephone support for itunes at all.

    It sounds that you are running the same iCloud account with two phones.  I recommend you to create a different iCloud account and you should be all set.

  • HT3702 I have almost $60 charged on my credit card and I did not make a purchase.  Support is very difficult with Apple.

    I am very frustrated and find it difficult to get the answers that I need.  Again, I just recently got my credit card bill.  On the bill were to charges from itunes, of which I am not responsible for.  There is roughly $60 charged to my credit card, charges I did not make.  Could someone from apple please contact me.     Those are most likely authorization holds and they will eventually fall off the account without charging you any money.

    Have you checked the purchase history on your account e.g. you didn't have any pre-orders and/or any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
    If you don't recognise the charge, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
