I have been experiencing connection issues with loading web pages. It's as if the web pages do not want to load all the way and some times not at all. This has happen with all three of my computers with the same browsers.

There are times when web pages do not want to load fully and other times not at all. They just continue to open up with a blank screen. My routers light flash during this process and then they stop as if no connection is being made. I do know for sure it is not my ISP or internet explorer browser.

I continue to have this problem and have tried all recommendations so far...I notice also when I click on a web site on the taps side of browser once it starts loading however it does not connect, web site comes up just blank while it continues to search. The same thing happens while in an email program with clicking in the email link and page pops up and continues to search for the web site. You have to reload over and over again until it finally locates it and then opens. Should I uninstall the Firefox browser and install again.....?

Try to update to Firefox 24 (just been released).
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Honestly, from experience however, if it asks you for the password again, the previous one was likely incorrect. Maybe a typo...

I have problem to connect iChat. Sometime work and some time not working. When it was not working, there was a message on screen and said the mobile be server was not working. I needed to turn off computer and restarted the computer. Then it might. work

I use my iChat to do video chat with my granddaughter. I used to do iChat without any problem to connect with her in New York. However, After Mobil Me account closed, I accounted connection problems frequently. Sometime, I had to turn-off my computer then re-started the computer to make it work again. . When I had this problem to connect on iChat (the Mac did not allow me to choose "available"), the poped out window message said that " the iChat lost the Mobil Me account [email protected]" "The server connection was unexplected disconnect". Do you know what is my problem? My Apple ID for iCloud and previous Mobil Me account should be [email protected] I am no longer using [email protected] for Mobil Me e-mail address. My current iCloud e-mail address is [email protected] is no longer of using [email protected] account for my e-mail. However, 3 similar reports, do not a problem make. Perhaps there is a problem, perhaps there isn't, but it really doesn't seem to affect many people if there is, believe me when there is a problem it's quite obvious from the additional traffic it causes in these communities. It's also not exactly clear that you are all seeing exactly the same thing.

HT1349 I'm having problems downloading apps to my iPad using wifi at a McDonalds. The apps all stay in a"waiting" mode. I can't delete them or get them to install. This is the second time that this has happened. Advice?

I am having problems downloading apps while using wifi in a public setting. The apps will show up on my screen and say "waiting". They will not install. I can't even delete them from my screen. This has happened before and I had to reset my iPad to factory settings. I hope I don't have to do this again. Any advice?

Well, typically one of the fixes that I would suggest is to try to delete the waiting icons. WIFi in a public places like McDonalds, Starbucks, B&N, etc. is not the greatest and I would avoid those places for downloading and updating apps. But I do realize that not everybody has access to Wifi in their homes.
These are all things that have worked at one time or another for other users. Hopefull one of them will work for you. Just ignore whatever does not apply or anything that you have already tried.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad.

My iPhone 5c keeps turning off it or just going to the shut off screen, also I have a pressure crack inside my phone. This isn't the first time this has happen the within the first 2 months of getting the 5c (I got it when it first came out) did this

I had this same problem with my new MBP 15", but only with the USB port on the left side. The USB port on the right side worked fine. Perhaps the ports on the left don't have enough signal energy for the iPhone.
Anyway, try using a different USB port, and if that doesn't work, perhaps you could try a powered USB hub.

TS3367 Since updating to the new operating system I have had some issues with FaceTime. When calling my Dad through FaceTime I have gotten someone else using my Dad's email. This has happened on at least 4 occasions. Has anybody else had this problem?

Has anyone had an issue contacting someone through FaceTime? Sometimes when I try to call my Dad I get a different party ( someone I don' t know). This has happened when calling fro IPad (3) And IPhone 5s.

In the terminal I go to /volumes/some_folder/test and I type "chmod 4711 test" so that the C++ program will be run as the admin account I'm logged in with. This admin account has privileges to create folders in /volumes/some_folder/test.

Anyone else at your university complaining about the same thing? It is more likely someone is stealing passwords by sniffing traffic over the university wifi or with a man-in-the-middle attack or by other means external to your phone. Try a Google search on "steal password" (without quotes) or "steal SSL password" and you'll learn more than you wanted to know about how passwords get stolen.
