I have installed Adobe reader 10 times and tried to a PDF and recieve the same message in red to install Adobe reader and accept it.

After the installation was finished, I went back to the website and it still said I didn't have Adobe Air. I tried reinstalling and Adobe said I already have it on my system (Mac OSX 10.9). I can't find the app. I uninstalled, restarted, etc. and same results.

download the FP uninstaller from http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157
close all browser windows, then run the uninstaller
download the offline ActivX installer for Internet Explorer from http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe

I have been trying to get my phone activated since Saturday and Verizon keeps telling me that they cannot do it because their system is still was being updated or is down so to call in the morning becuase it should be up and running. Is anyone else having this same problem? I tried calling the for technical support all morning and it keeps giving a message that my request cannot be processed at this time. I recently bought an iphone3GS from USA and jail broke it. Since I heard the there are lots of disadvantages I thought to unlock it officially through the original owner (in copy). He assisted me and confirmed that he unlocked it with AT& T (See the attachment). According to the instructions I restored the phone. But it is not activating with “Activation server is currently not available, please try again or try with iTunes”
When I try with iTunes , it says “you haven’t inserted a SIM” even though I insert the original AT&T SIM.
My current location is Sri Lanka ,so don’t have any apple support.
Please help me to be a good fan of apple.

I have 2 issues that Apple has not been able to resolve, that are vexing me.
1) Somehow I have 2-3 apple IDs ... passwords etc. I have purchased 2 iPads, 2 -3 iPhones, a Macbook Pro, and a Mac Mini with Thunderbolt monitor. Somewhere in that process I might have created another Apple ID, not sure. When the confusion started, I went to an Apple store, and they suggested I create a new Apple ID, against my better judgement I did, which added to the confusion. Now, every time I need to sign in using my Apple ID for anything, I have no idea what user ID goes with what password. I have gone to Apple stores several time to try to get this situation cleared up and each time they try to get me to create yet another Apple ID. Now I won't do that anymore, but the original confusion remains. How can I wipe out all Apple IDs and just have one?
2) I have been trying to get a particular functionality/feature/capability added to my Mac system. Don't want to go into detail here because someone will steal my idea and make millions. I have posed this question to Mac personnel from Geniuses, to Business Teams -- no one can figure it out. How do I get this fabulous capability I have thought up to come to life so I can make millions?

You don't. Backup your itunes library on the old computer and move it to the new computer.

It is showing in downloads that it is there but when I double click on it nothing happens. Nothing at all! It shows the file size and when I look in Spotlight it comes up as the tophit and when I click on it it opens the Adobe Reader icon and shows the file size and I double click and NOTHING happens. I saw in some other posts to use review by Apple. I don't even know where Review is located. I downloaded 10.8.3 last night as it told me to UPDATE. I had 10.8.2. Thanks so much for your reply. Apple supports most of their computer products for a 7 year period, could be that your IBook is well past any kind of help.Secondly parts are no longer being made for this machine and never will be again. Finally I find it hard to believe that nothing has been done with this for 6 years.Have you documented the reasons why you were turned down for repairs ? were the replaced Ibooks within a couple of months of warranty expiration? What model is your IBook ? At least if we knew what the model #, some of the more techy types could find out if there were any repair programs for your model.
Seems odd that you'd hang on to a non-working IBook for that long.

Unable to get Adobe Reader to open.

I am unable to get Adobe Reader to open. I am on Windows XP, SP3 and I have tried with Adobe Reader 9, 10, and 11. When I try opening a PDF file, if I look in the Task Manager, the AcroRd32.exe process will appear, however nothing shows up under the Applications tab.

I have a black screen and have been trying to get this fixed since 12:30 today!!

I have power of attorney and brought this to your "Corporate" store today, however, I was told it will take you 48 hours for someone to review my legal document for possible approval. I provided your store with all of our passwords and signed into our acct while at the store. Not good enough. My husband left yesterday for a deployment however, he did call earlier today to add me to our account.
I can hear text messages, phone calls and social media notifications but can't see them. I did have a rep call tech support who felt it was a backlight issue and needed repair since pushing all three buttons at the same time did nothing to fix the issue.

It would have been better if he made you an account manager than actually having a PoA. With all legal document like that it'll take a few days to process and ensure they are legal documents. Once he has you set up as a account manager you can do everything except cancel lines I believe. You might not be able to add lines.

Cannot get Adobe Reader to open anymore

I have an HP Pavillion 500 PC with Windows 8.
I installed Adobe Reader last summer and it has been working fine until last week.
It refuses to download any new files and will not open if I click the icon.

First thing I would try: repair Adobe Reader (from Control Panel | Programs & Features).
If that does not help, uninstall Reader using http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
then download and install the latest version from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
