Success!! There truly is a light at the end of the tunnel. Apple support really did come through and I am successfully back into my account. Ready to purchase more music. I followed the instructions, with patience I thought I lost, submitted my problem, someone emailed me back within two days and all is now perfect. Thanks again Apple.

I need some help resizing my images on PS6. I am using a mac and have been trying to resize with same resolution and constaining proportions but for some reaseon the smaller resized image appears pizelated. Heres an image of before and after. The first image I use is a JPG 72dpi 1500px x1500px and I want to downsize it to 600x600px same res, but it keeps pixelating, this has never happened before. Any suggestions, thoughts?

I have been trying to update my software in my macbook pro, but every time I go through the motions of updating/restarting my computer nothing happens and it still shows I need a software update. Anyone know why this is happening?
How large is your HD and how much space do you have left?
Check out the following & do the necessary:
Disconnect all devices from the computer then do the following:
Boot up from your Snow Leopard Install DVD while holding down the "c" key.
Select the language you wish to use, and then choose "Disk Utility" from the menu bar.
Your HD should appear in a panel on the left hand side of the window which opens. Select it and then click on the "repair disk" button in the right hand section of the window.
Once this process has been completed restart your computer and repair permissions directly from Disk Utility.
Try SU again.
If Disk Utility is unable to complete the repair, you will need to use a stronger 3rd party utility like DiskWarrior, Techtool PRO (not Deluxe) or Drive Genius. -
its been like a week that i bought new iphone 5s but whenever i play games or talk in skype for an hour my iphone get extremly hot... idk why?
Why? Because it is working the processors hard. Same as when you work or exercise, your body gets hot, so does the iPhone when it is working. Skype and many games will tax the processors more so than browsing the internet, sending texts or email. So, it gets hot. If it doesn't cool off fairly quickly after you quit Skype or playing your game, or it gets hot when doing less taxing activities, then you might want to have it checked out.

Then you should have iMessage. Go to Settings > Messages to turn it on and set your Receive At address. Note that iMessage uses the Messages app... standard texts are gree, iMessages are blue.

I Dropped My Ipod Gen 4 on a Granite Floor and it Spider webbed. Now all I can do is Play songs and change songs from the lock screen. I cannot unlock the Ipod or do anything else. Is there any way for me to get it fixed Cheap???

because it is a free application. They referred me to the Forum (which I have tried many times) but to me that is like a dog trying to chase the tail. I am very upset because I cannot get You Tube nor can I listen to music. This may seem trite but it is not trite to me. I pay monthly for the use of CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I will not give them anymore money for other software as they do not offer excellent customer service. I am a consumer and should be treated with business sense. Adobe keeps making a ton of money and gets away with it. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Shame on Adobe. I will not use the Forum for assistance. They should be paying us for learning an IT job. Obviously, Adobe is self centered because they don't consider that maybe we all have a life and cannot worship Adobe.@
I had been getting those notices for months, I finally broke down and hit the button to automatically upgrade. I was flooded with offers of new services from $10. to $49. per month - and my audio/video for Facebook, NYT and NPR are "blocked" with the advice to "upgrade " my Adobe Flash Player - for which there does not seem to be any customer support. My advice is to skip the "upgrading" if your computer works;I do not know what to do now . . .

I tried to restart my iphone 3GS, but it seems like it's frozen in the restart mode.
I went tocheck my email earlier today, but nothing showed up on the screen so I decided to restart my iphone 3GS. I held down the home button and the sleep/wake button and the screen went black and the spinning wheel came on so I assumed that the apple icon would pop up like it usually does, but it didn't. I did that at 9:30pm and it is now 1:00am and the screen is still black with the spinning wheel on it. I plugged it into my computer thinking that maybe it would tell me something, but all it said was that there was an unknown error so it couldn't connect. Have you tried downloading the most update version of Itunes? If not, download it but don't connect your iphone to it. Restart & do the following.
Try pressing the home screen button (bottom round centre button) & the "turn off" button (top right one) at the SAME TIME.
Should have the apple in the centre of your screen now. Then once your computer is restarted, plug in your iphone to the USB & computer. It should turn back on properly now -
