I have been using XBOX Live for 3 months and recently the NAT has been set to Moderate and I need it to be open. I contacted Linksys via phone and said I need port numbers from Xbox Support but I can not contact XBOX via phone. The number I am using is 1 - 800 - 4MY-XBOX. My router motel is WRT 300N and using the 360 with Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3. Someone know how to fix the NAT setting to Open. Please make it easy to understand?? Very tried and thinking of swiching routers to anything different!!

Does your iPhone say "No AirPrint Printers Found?" If you check the printer's status on your computer, is it offline?

This is too bad. I downloaded a book to my PC that I can't seem to open on my PC for the reasons stated above.
Funny... no where during my sign up / sign in did I see anything really obvious that stated or warned me in advance. It must be buried in the rules & agreements somewhere. Too bad... Verizon has no problem with me paying for Data I don't use. This month my daughter comes home from College and she accidentally uses 24G.....14 over get blind sided with $140.00 in overages. I called Verizon today......stopped in to the store today......My neighbor told me they waved charges for her one time. Lots of charges.....But I'm am getting no help. Not even an offer of a payment plan to help me out. I went back just 6 months and I have over paid for 19G.....Seems like they would like to help out their loyal customers!!!! Does anybody have any suggestions on how to deal with them? We are not wealthy....or I would just pay this and walk away......

There is a big misconception in what customers believe a cell carrier is obligated to do.
You pay a set price to use up to that amount of xx data. It makes no difference if you use it to the paid limit or way under. Its like peace of mind when you don't have to worry about a data counter.
Your daughter used the data, your plan is quite clear of what overage charges are. Why should or would Verizon wireless just forgive the charges because you are a customer? Your daughter used the data, get the money from her. That is the responsible thing to do.
There is no "I have been a loyal customer so please remove the $120, or $250, or $2,000.00 since I did not mean to use it"
Your electric company, or gas company or any other company does not remove valid charges. Why should Verizon wireless?
Just pay the invoice and don't think you are being mistreated because Verizon is a business and not a charity.

I have a 25 song playlist that is around 2 hours on my computer appears as 2003 minutes on my iPad. It's a smart playlist limited to 25 songs if that makes any difference. Is this happening to anyone else? Any help would be appreciated!

First make an iCal backup, File > Export > Archive.
Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache)
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
__NOTE: Removing these files will remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
Once the computer is back up and running open iCal and test.

Does the phone still charge when you use the wall adapter?
If yes, charge it for about 10 min, then try to do a reset by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes back again.

We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required

We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required to install. The apps have already been installed. The users cannot run them unless they are in the local admin group.Using "Run as admin" does not work. It gives the same error.
I have opened a case with adobe support and was basically told to suck it up and put the users in the admin group. Actually, what was said was that it is "mandated that the users have administrative rights".
There are a couple of things wrong with this. It was working for both users until recently - a recent required creative cloud update. The users have never been local admins yet the apps were working (poorly, but working).
We are in an enterprise environment and users simply do not have administrative rights on the computers.
I have changed permissions on all adobe folders, granting users or authenticated users modify or full control rights, did the same in whatever Adobe registry HKLM keys I could find. Nothing has allowed the users to run the apps - unless they are put in the local admin group.
Someone has to have a fix for this. Adobe apps have proved to have far too many vunerabilities to even entertain the idea of elevating user rights. I can't imagine that enterprise environments are allowing this.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response. The users in question are "standard" domain users. We do not reduce users permissions below the standard level.
The apps do not load with their current standard user permissions.
The thing that makes this odd, is that up until recently they did this issue with cloud apps. The only way I can make it work for them now is to put them in the local administrator group on their pc's - which is not going to happen.
This is what they now see. As I said before, this was not a problem up until recently they would see all their available apps. If I put them in the local admin group the apps are listed without having to install. Everything is there, just not accessible to the user.

Are you watching this content though iCloud or though from iTunes on your local computer? If it is from iCloud have you tried downloading the content to iTunes and watching it on ATV from that source to see if it still happens? This is geerally a much more reliable way to view the content. Easer to fast forward and rewind too.

Have you checked your wireless rounter? Tried doing the factory restor on it? Upgrading it's firmware? Is it and or ATV getting extreamly hot when this problme happens?

If you are no longer using the Apple ID with your AOL User Name, and you do not have any purchases that you may want in future tied to that ID, you don't have to do anything. If you think you may ever want to access past purchases done on that ID, you need to change it to a valid email address.
