How much longer will we have to wait before Adobe fixes the bugs in Elements 10?
Lassoo misbehaving - I use it all the time - I'm seriously thinking of consigning Elements 10 to the bin and going back to Elements 8. Can't save file owing to program error - every second or third save - drives me bananas. I know, I know, if I click in the corner of the box a couple of times it works again but I expect a program to work as described not to have to patch it up myself.
So come on Adobe pull your finger out and fix it - I spent my money on your product now you spend some of yours on getting it right.If you look around at all the forums and support sites you will find this exact same question be asked everywhere concerning numerous bugs. Right now the only answer you get is "try elements 11 you'll like it". So in my humble opinion I think ADOBE plans on fixing the bugs in elements 9 and 10 when you know what freezes over and not a minute sooner. For all those considering elements 11 you might want to wait and see what shows up in the forums concerning any bugs it may have, because based on any past experience they won't fix until next version (12) comes out, in other words you become the beta tester for the next version.

How Much space will I need for developing apps
I will be purchasing a MacBook Air most likely the $1109 with 64GB and 4GB RAM, I was wondering is 64GB okay for developing apps and personal use. I use about 18GB on my PC and I'm thinking I'll only need about 20GB MAX more, so 38GB used in total. Is the remaining amount good for developing apps, excluding XCODE itself, just the coding/ files needed?
THANKSIf you need to run XP then since BootCamp no longer supports it, your only choice would be on of the virtual software packages to run Windows.

Hi guys, I have a problem with imessage. My iphone 4S is factory unlocked and i have been using t-mobile carrier. i tried settings - messages - imessage on but there is this 'waiting for activation' thing. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Please upgrade your plan to Web n Walk plus. One of our users on T-Mobile UK had this to report back to us:
T-Mobile UK are in fact port blocking to ensure fair usage on their base Web and Walk Plan. I have upgraded to Web and Walk Plus and as a result the port blocks are lifted and I get a higher data allowance!
We were also recently contacted by T-Mobile UK, who stated the following:
Any smart phone (iphone, android etc) that is bought directly from T-Mobile should be automatically provisioned with Web n Walk plus, if customers have bought a handset sim free then they will need to call customer services and get this added. It is free of charge for most price plans (including new plans) but some older plans will generate a charge of £5pm for this. -
I cannot close or import or any function to iphoto. I have been getting the same message for many days "Photos are being imported to the photo library. Please wait for import to complete." I do not know where the photos would be importing from. How do I get it to proceed?
After Force Quitting, as LarryHN recommended,
Select the iPhoto Library in the Finder. By default it is in your Pictures folder.
Ctrl-click or right-click the iPhoto lIbrary. Select "Show package contents" from the panel, that will pop up.
Look for a folder named "Importing" or "Import". Remove this folder, but don't touch anything else.
Then launch iPhoto again.
If iPhoto now is working again, check the folder you removed, if there are any photos that you want to keep and save them. -
I have been using one apple ID for my family as it makes it easier to manage itunes purchases/rentals on all of our devices. Now that my kids are getting old and my wife has recently purchased an Iphone, I can see that I need to change my strategy. I plan to add a few more iphones to the family very soon. What is your recommendation to manage all of our devices (iphones, itouch, apple tv) for my family? Can I continue to function with one apple ID or is it time to take the leep into attempting to manage multi-apple ID's?

does your email address have uppercase characters in it?
if so, try creating an alias in lowercase (go to preferences in iCloud webmail and select 'accounts') and see if email sends okay from that -

Trying to scan photos from my photo album to a folder on my desktop. Have been trying to figure out for hours. Seems very complicated and cumbersome. Can anyone help? It's got to be much quicker (fewer key strokes) and simpler than what I've been able to discover.

my usb that i have been using on my computer for a while suddenly stopped working, but is still glowing and letting me know that it is connected, but not showing up in disk utility
Either the physical drive or the enclosure electronics has failed. The light you are seeing is powered by the USB connection, the power, electricity, all USB ports put out. That doesn't mean the actual physical hard drive or the USB to SATA bus electronics are working properly. If it doesn't show in Disk Utility then it is DEAD.
Most of the time it is the enclosures electronics that fail. Removing the physical drive from the enclosure and put it in another enclosure or using a SATA to USB adapter, one that has it's own AC power supply, might allow you to get the files off the drive. -
Why does my itunes crash after start up with an "APPCRASH" error every time i open it?! I have been trying to fix this for weeks but all i can do it re-install it every other day which does nothing! I am desperate to get access to my itunes to get music on my phone and all of this just makes me want me to sell my iphone since there is no other way to add music to my phone. If things go get sorted soon you can say goodbye to my support.

Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

I have been purchasing songs from itunes for the past year. I have over 100 songs. I recently got a new computer and I synched the iphone to it. I can't find 90% of my music. Where is it and how can I get it back? I checked itunes under purchased and it only shows 13 songs. Please help.
You can only sync with one computer. When you synced to the new computer it would have erased it and synced what was on the new computer.
You always need to have a backup, an iPhone is not a storage device.
When you get a new computer you need to transfer your library before syncing
If you don't have a backup you may be out of luck
The only thing would be if you're in the US and have access to the iCloud beta to reload purchases
