I have been wrongly charged on my credit card.
I had opted for some free skype credit offer but today skype charged me with Euro 9.9. I only had opted for the scheme becase it was free of cost. I dont with to avail this subscription on skype. Kindly reverse the transaction in my credit card account.

If you update your billing information, the iTunes Store will place an authorization hold on your payment card account, usually in the amount of 1 USD, to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later.

I have two small charges on my credit card from iTunes store and I would like to find out what they are. The number listed is a recording and tells me to come to the website for answers. There is no sign of any purcases in my itunes store. Where can I get a person to talk to from I tunes? Has any one had this happen to them?
Look at you purchase history.
Open itunes, click on your name in the top right corner and go to your account and look.
BTW, there is no telephone support for itunes at all. -
I have some unknown Itunes charges on my credit card that I have been busting my brains on getting an answer. I HATE not getting to talk to a real person!!!! Same amount Charges show three consecutive days but does NOT show on my itunes purchase history. Suggestions greatly appreciated. A hammer to smash the computer would help too.
If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? I am very frustrated and find it difficult to get the answers that I need. Again, I just recently got my credit card bill. On the bill were to charges from itunes, of which I am not responsible for. There is roughly $60 charged to my credit card, charges I did not make. Could someone from apple please contact me. Could someone please help me to correct this error?

I have tried to use my app store on IPAD, its requiered registeration and entering my Credit Cards Details In UAE. Its charged me 5 Times and still I could not get Itunes. Any one can help how I the extra chrges can be refunded.

HT6006 Wrong charge to my credit card!
Hi,
I'm in Australia. I made an in app purchase for $29.99 and then another purchase on the same app for $49.99
Why then have both of these purchases been charged to me for different amounts?
The first amount was $37.99 for a $29.99 purchase, and then charged $64.99 for the $49.99 purchase.
I have screen shots of both of them showing what I should have been charged.
Can someone please explain this to me??????

Have you checked the purchase history on your account e.g. you didn't have any pre-orders and/or any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you don't recognise the charge, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
