I have been wrongly charged on my credit card.

I had opted for some free skype credit offer but today skype charged me with Euro 9.9. I only had opted for the scheme becase it was free of cost. I dont with to avail this subscription on skype. Kindly reverse the transaction in my credit card account.

If you update your billing information, the iTunes Store will place an authorization hold on your payment card account, usually in the amount of 1 USD, to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later.

I have two small charges on my credit card from the itunes store. I tried to call for answers as to what they were for. A recording told me to go to this website and i still can not find the items charged anywhere.

Look at you purchase history.
Open itunes, click on your name in the top right corner and go to your account and look.
BTW, there is no telephone support for itunes at all.

If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? If it's for $1 or approximate local equivalent then have you changed the card details on your account ? If you have then it's likely to be a temporary store holding charge : iTunes Store & Mac App Store: About payment card authorization holds - Apple Support.

HT3702 I have almost $60 charged on my credit card and I did not make a purchase. Support is very difficult with Apple.

I am very frustrated and find it difficult to get the answers that I need. Again, I just recently got my credit card bill. On the bill were to charges from itunes, of which I am not responsible for. Those are most likely authorization holds and they will eventually fall off the account without charging you any money.

HT6006 Wrong charge to my credit card!

Hi,
I'm in Australia. I made an in app purchase for $29.99 and then another purchase on the same app for $49.99
Why then have both of these purchases been charged to me for different amounts?
The first amount was $37.99 for a $29.99 purchase, and then charged $64.99 for the $49.99 purchase.
I have screen shots of both of them showing what I should have been charged.
Can someone please explain this to me??????

Have you checked the purchase history on your account e.g. you didn't have any pre-orders and/or any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you don't recognise the charge, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
