I have bought a student CS6

I have bought a student CS6 as I attend Grays Harbor College in Aberdeen, WA and have installed it on my desktop and on my laptop, which I carry to school. The laptop and desktop were initialized with the proper number sent by email with no problems. Last Saturday when opening the program it wanted to give me a 30 day trial which is wrong, but I had to day yes and expected to put the initialized number in later. Trying to put the number in it says that it is not correct and now I can’t open the program at all.
I can understand that you want to stop the stealing of your programs, but penalizing the legitimate buyer is making it a little too hard.

As Jeff said, something is messing with your licensing system. Either it's a genuine permission issue or another software on your system is interfering, which could be anything from an overly keen virus scanner to some exotic freeware program that has replaced a critical system DLL. Anyway, you did provide zero system information, so this is not even beginning to go anywhere. Check the things I mentioned and then come back with more details.

If you purchased it thru the school then you probably need to pursue the matter with the school. Some schools set up special arrangements with Adobe that can have limited licensing provisions.
If you purchased it thru Adobe then you need to contact them thru chat to see what the issue might be...

I have requested for the reset of the password. Now how can I get into the screen for the download and installation of my program.

you can dl and install using the link below. (you may as well dl/install lr 5.7.)
but you need your serial number to activate it so you can use beyond the 30 day trial period.

If you should not use the old computer anymore you may want to deactivate Photoshop there, though.

If you registered with Adobe, your authorization number will be in your account on Adobe's website. Then you can use their downloads page and download CS5 and install it. A search on their main page will get you to the download page.

Two years ago i bought a version of cs6. I never succeeded to register my copy on adobe.com. Now i want to upgrade it to cc and get my discount by using my, already bought, version of cs6. But i can not get the discount because i didn't register it to my email account which i use to login on cc.
How can i get the discount to my first year.

It can be registered under your Adobe ID only if it is a retail product. Volume licensed products can not be registered & they are also not eligible for CC promotional pricing.
Please check the product that you have, you can take Adobe Support assistance for the validation.
