I have just bought an I phone 5 with no sim in it can i unlock it to any network so i can use it on 02. can apple help me with this
Only the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock it, Apple cannot unlock phones. Being Sim free does not mean its unlocked. Just that it has no sim.
What iPhone did you buy? Is it locked to a carrier?

Bought New Extreme, works great with Macs but can't get PC to connect
I just bought a new Airport Extreme this weekend. As promised it was a breeze to set up and things were working well until I tried to connect my TIVO and my work laptop (Windows) to the network I set up. I can't get either to connect to either the base network or the guest network with any level of security set on it. My only success has been to configure the Guest Network without security on it (but I don't like that idea).
Please help.I don't see "Equivalent Network Password" as a selection on the Base Network screen (or any of them for that matter).
Isn't this the password for my base station and not the wireless network? Maybe that is my problem. I am trying to connect to the network and not the Base Station? I am getting confused. What I really need to do is connect my work laptop (Windows based machine) and my TIVO to the wireless network I've created (Radio Mode selected to Automatic, Channel Selection to Automatic, Security set to WPA/WPA2 Personal). -
I upgraded from Iphone 3g to iphone 4. I had to update my macbook pro to Lepard just to sync. the **** thing with the new iphone 4. I bought and updated to lepard. Now when I try to sync itunes does not recognize my new iphone 4 as mine and wants to erase everything I have bought using the phone before it will sync! It says everything on the phone now will be cleared in order to sync it with my existing info on the computer from my previous iphone. How can I just get everything from my current iphone 4 into itunes, basically add it to the info from my previous iphone 3g that is currently in my itunes? I dont want to lose what I have on my phone currently....I paid money for half the apps for crying out loud.
I was so frustrated by this when I first bought the phone that I just pushed it out of my mind and NEVER synced it. Please help...Nope - you cannot restore a backup from a newer iOS version on to a device running an older iOS version. The reverse works, but in your case to use your backup, you must update to iOS 7.0.3 - no other option if you want to use that backup.

It sounds like you need to disable your iPhone remotely. I'm sorry to hear about your phone! The only way to do this with is Apple services is if you had Find my iPhone enabled. You have 2 options:
You can use this article to put the phone into Lost Mode and preserve your data on it, but prevent access to it:

My I phone is frozen and I can't get it to work. I have tried to restore it several times and nothing happens. All it does is show the iTunes logo with the plug and arrow. Is there anything I can do to get it to work I am in sales and need my phone. The closest Apple store is 45 minutes away

MaryTry to force your phone into recovery mode. Disconnect it from the computer's USB cord. Turn it off if you can by holding the sleep/wake switch until you see the red slide to off. If you can't turn it off, please continue. Press and hold the home button while plugging it into the computer's USB cord. Continue holding the Home button while iPhone starts up. While starting up, you will see the Apple logo. Unfrotunately, this sounds like a dead TC.
- also, the picture does NOT pick up the 2 airport expressess in the house that I used to extend the wirelass network on the previous TC
- there is no option to extend the wireless network
You need to reconfigure the Expresses to rejoin the TC's network via a factory reset. -

The Superdrive on my MacBook Pro ejects audio CDs just a few seconds after inserting them. This happens both with original audio CDs I have bought in music stores AND with audio CDs I have recorded myself, on the very same computer, via iTunes. The same does NOT happen with data CDs (e.g., stuff in mp3 format), which are read just fine. This behaviour started a couple of weeks ago, until then everything had worked just fine for years.
