The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -

Warranty and support is only valid in the country of origin, or in the case of a device purchased in an EU country, only in an EU country.
Unless you will be visiting an Apple store in one of the EU countries before the warranty expires, you are pretty much out of luck.
FYI, the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page provides the appropriate contact information for Apple. -
I just received a gift card from someone during these holidays, each time am trying ot redeem the code, I always found a message let me know that this card was not properly activated. How please you can help me about that ?
You don't go to the drop down "Actions" menu to reply to a post. You find the post to which you would like to reply and you hit the "Reply" button. You then type your message and then hit the "Add Reply" button to post your reply.

I entered the code for my gift card but I never used it,now I'm trying to use it but it's no there and doesn't let me redeem the code again. What can I do?
An iTunes gift card can only be redeemed once, you can't enter and redeem its code again. Since you redeemed the card you haven't bought anything (including IAPs and auto-renewing subscriptions), and your account doesn't show a balance ? You've tried logging out and back into your account and seeing if it shows then ?
My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). If the balance is zero then it might not be shown. -

You can't do anything. You have encountered the activation lock. Unless you have some sort of contact with the previous owner you have bought a very expensive paper weight.

I have a iPhone 4 and I was trying to play my music out loud and when I tried it wouldent play. It said i still have headphones in it, but I don't. When I do put headphones in, the music does play! I need help!
Try a hard reset:
Hold the home button and the sleep/wake button down at the same time. The phone will turn off and then the apple logo will appear. As soon as you see the apple logo release both buttons.
If the issue remains check the headphone jack to see if the water indicator has been set off. if it has you will see a red/orange spot inside your headphone jack and would mean you have water damage and would need the phone to be replaced.
Last option would be to back up your phone and restore to factory settings to determine a software or hardware issue.
