I have bought iphone4 in paris. I have problem with home button. Now i am in India. How can i get it repaired.

In most cars with built-in BT hands-free systems it is the car's system that does the speech to text conversion and lookup, not the phone's. so there's nothing that can be done in an iPhone forum to help you. Try the customer support site for the car. You can tell it's the car system if the contact list is downloaded to the car and displayed on the car's screen (if it has one). -
I have bought a Griffin car charger for the Iphone4S it does not appear to charge in the car, charging at home no problem.

I bought iphone4 in china, the ss number is 82044JAVA4S, and it broken when I was in USA. After I sending to your company. You send me a new phone, but this phone is locked phone. I can't use it. Because my sim card is from china, so I think you shoulu give me a unlocked one.
I understand your frustration.
Fortunately for you, you can make your new phone to work; but to do so, you have to call your Chineese carrier and give them the IMEI number found on the SIM card of your iPhone.
They will then activate it and you will be able to use it.
It's NOT a matter of locked/unloked phone; it's a matter of activating (pairing) a SIM card with a phone !
Just call you Chineese carrier and have them register your SIM card with your new iPhone and you will be back in Business ! -

I'm only guessing here since I don't use Facetime myself but I think it depends on the model number of the phone. iPhones sold by UAE operators have unique model numbers and these do not get the Facetime app installed at all. Even in India, if you update or do a clean reinstall, you still the UAE-branded OS.
Facetime is blocked because the voice and video goes over WiFi and this eats into the profits of the mobile operators. Most countries here in the Middle East block video and voice chatting over the Internet - not due to censorship - but because the government-owned operators here enjoy monopolies and want all video and voice to go over their networks for maximum revenue. I live in Oman where for example Skype is blocked simply because it is seen as a competitor to the government landline operator. -

If you are a gaijin (I'm a gaijin too) never take a iphone in Japan. Your phone will turn to be nothing more than a paper weight once you are out of Japan. I recently moved to UK and my iPhone 4s which bought from AU is now completely useless. AU does not unlock the phone, there is no option in the net to get the same unlocked too. So I decided to advise those gaijins in Japan to never waste your money spending on iPhones in Japan and if possible never get trapped into the services of AU.

i did what you have suggested to unsync the music and then re-sync again. should i try to cancel all the music in the library and then restore them again. can it work? i dont want to bet coz reloading so much music is very trouble. -

I believe an iPad 2 is still within the warrantee period. I suggest you contact Apple for advice on how to proceed. Since I don't know where you are, you can start by going to <Country> to select a different location. Then look for a Support tab and a Contact Us link.
Another alternative is to search for an iPad repair center. If you are lucky, there may be one in your city. I do not know what they might charge.

Do you possibly mean the contacts have been merged?
If so, where are each of you syncing contacts? A supported application on the computer? iCloud or another cloud service? An Exchange server?
