You can re-download content purchased from the app store using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
Why do you want it on your computer, apps won't run on a computer. -
I have a iPod touch and i installed it on my other laptop until i had just got another one it says unable to connect to iTunes and i forgot my password and i delete the email and i don't know how i can get my i pod touch to work with my new one email.
I JUST NEED HELPI would contact Apple under your warranty. I doubt you received a new iPod since Apple's policy is to give you a refurbished iPod.

Use the instructions here to completely remove/uinstall all iTunes/Apple software and componenets and then start from scratch.

It says I can drag Pages documents from iMac to iCloud. But nothing shows up.

I have purchased music on my iphone through the iphone app, unfortunately I haven't backed it up in my itunes library on the pc, now my iphone is dead, won't even restore to factory settings, can I retrieve the music already purchased on my iphone or have I lost it all?
On my Win 7 pc, I installed latest itunes and went to the new quick link "purchased" however this only allows me to redownload apps and books,no music. Do i need to wait for IOS 5 for my iphone to enable me to download all of my lost music (as per the site this version of IOS is not scheduled for release until the fall?)
What I find puzzling, is that under my "account details" from the Itunes store on my WIN 7 PC I can see my history of purchases going back to 2005 but cannot download to my devices ?

Bought music through iTunes on the iPhone, but music gone
I purchased an album ($7.99) from my iTunes app on my iPhone 3G before the iPhone update OS4. I then pluged my phone into the computer and did the update to OS4. Now, all my music is gone, and no where to be found on my iTunes on my computer.
To my surprise, my phone didn't have the tracks in purchased menu anywhere. The only record I have of the transaction is the receipt.
How can I get my music back?I will try and establish contact with the geniuses. Ty J
I suppose I have an issue with their download policy. Buying songs entitles you to download once. It's up to you to back up your stuff. Not like lala.com (RIP) where purchased music remains in your account to play at will whenever, wherever you are. -
I used to purchase music from itunes, no problem. Then I downloaded an "upgraded version of itunes" and it's been a mess since. I can't buy
anything from my computer as it tells me the song isn't available in the US or that I can't get into the itunes store. I bought music on my iphone from
itunes and then transferred them to my music library on computer. I forgot how I did it and now newly purchased songs languish on my iphone (I don't listen to music on that). I'd like to get back to purchasing music from my computer, so much easier, but I can't get a program from itunes that will let me do that. I bought a new iPhone 5S and actually gave my iPhone 4S to my husband, who passed on my old iPhone 3S that he had been using to our granddaughter. So I am the original owner of the iPhone 3S. The iPhone 3S is asking our granddaughter for a Visual Voicemail Passcode. Being the original owner, I don't have a passcode and don't remember setting one up, nor did my husband when he used it. You might consider restoring the iPhone, then removing the SIM card after activating the iPhone, so as to use it as an iPod Touch. This should prevent any unwanted association with a phone number, and thus, voicemail, as well.

My nef files used to open in camera raw 8.6. Now when I drag and drop they go straight to photoshop cs6. I don't have the option to edit them in the camera raw editor! Help!

I have installed Lightroom 5.6 as an upgrade but am unable to proceed because it wants a serial number; how do I attain the needed serial number?
No, I did not have to purchase the upgrade. But here is what I believe my
error was: earlier today, I upgraded to LR 5.6 on my laptop. Then I
upgraded to the same on my desktop, but became confused and installed it
TWICE.
Is this the reason that Adobe is asking me to license Lightroom and to come
up with a serial number? (I have my serial # from LR4, but it does not do.)
Should I try to deactivate LR 5 and then try again to upgrade to it?
Or am I still confused and need to purchase the LR 5.6 upgrade? Thanks for

Are you saying that when you connect your iPad to your computer an application starts on your computer to download photos? This is how you copy photos from your Camera Roll on your iPad to your computer. You may have the photo capture application to run automatically when a camera is connected to your computer. Your iPad is recognized as a camera and this is normal behavior depending on the settings on your computer.
You can either change the settings to not have the image capture application run automatically or you can just quit that application manually. You might want to copy the photos to your computer first so as to have a backup of the photos.
If you quit the image capture application you can then run iTunes. I suggest, in iTunes that you use the View menu to View Sidebar. Your iPad will then appear in the left sidebar of iTunes. Select your iPad in the left Sidebar of iTunes and then you will be ps enter with a row of tabs allowing various choices. -
