I have bought it a long time ago,but least week i have reestore my ipod,and i lost it,can i download it again?
And have also my brother iphone,wich one i have tryed to donwload the Where is my water?, Crankys Story and the app keep alert me to pay it again,i have never continue,because i dont whant to pay it again.What shuld i do to download it in his Iphone?

or u could just goto the Search tab and do it that way as well.
u can install it from searching the app and searching it throu ur icloud, doesnt matter what path u choose. once u buy it, u buy it with that itunes account and its free to reinstall it.
u will not get charge twice installing the same app and the apps that have adds on u can remove withn app purchase.

remove ads once from Graffitti Ball. remove the app and reinstall it u will get adds again. goto remove the ads again, it will ask u are u sure to purchase remove ads, selct yes, it will look into ur itunes account for adfree graffiti ball and it will say u recently payed for remove ads, would u like to install it, select yes, no charges made, the ads are removed

Syncing to a new computer should give you the opportunity to replace the exisiting contents with the new.

You can't re-download it as audiobooks are currently a one-time only download (so you may want to take a backup of it). To get it to your phone, connect the phone to your computer and select it on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and then use the Books tab on the right-hand side to select and sync that audiobook to the Music app on your phone.

I spend a fair bit of time answering question on this forum, but I had to do a clean reinstall of my operating system, and reload all programs recently. And I can't say it was particulary easy to find and download the Desktop Application manager, which handles the rest of the installations for you.

Are you referring to Apple Remote Desktop, Apple's software for managing networked Macs? It sounds to me like you're referring to a remote connect app you purchased for use on your iPhone to connect to a Windows system, and if so you should start by contacting the support resources for the app you purchased, and if you can't get help there try asking in the iPhone forum.
