Hi, i had try to deinstall and reinstall all Adobe Apps, and i still on trial.. We i try activate it, i can just enter a serial code.

    I've written on this forum about my problem with this, too. Today, being the first of the month (I suppose) evreything comes up saying it is the trial version again. I hit continue trial, but today Acrobat comes back everytime it gets launched asking the same frustrating question. The only advice I was given was to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that more times than I can count since I signed up for Creative Cloud months ago. I also own TS4, and I've wondered if there is some interaction problem there - especially with Acrobat, as it TS4 also comes with that "module" as well as Bridge, Application Manager, etc.
    I *really* wish they would get the bugs out of this whole Creative Cloud licensing thing...

  • Euro and US Dollar when buying Adobe Creative Cloud

    Hello,
    Here is my issue. When i select to buy the Adobe Creative Cloud, i check at the left bottom corner "US Dollar", and so the price is changed.
    But when i click "Join", the amount is in euro and A LOT higher. Why is this and what am i paying actualy, a dollars or euro, becuase again, the diference is double?

    Well, i selected Български (bulgarian) from the menu, it changed the overall language to bulgatian, but instead of bulgaria, it says САЩ (USA). After this, i clicked on the top right link Sign In and i got 404 page. I had to reload a few times, open the main domain, do some other random stuff to login and write back. But still, i succeed to make it dollars Thanks for the support, the issue is fixed, thought some other minor appear as i wrote allready.

  • Purchased Creative Cloud complete on Black Friday for $40/mo, I've been charged twice and can't find out how to license my trial. PLEASE HELP!

    I signed up and purchased a discount plan of Creative Cloud Complete for $40/mo for the first year on Black Friday (11/28/14). I downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app as well as Lightroom and Photoshop a few days later when my new computer came in. They have both reached the trial limit (I'm not even sure why it put me as a trial when I had already purchased Creative Cloud Complete). Since then I have downloaded and installed AE and PR and they have about 15 days left on the trial. My account has now been charged $40 twice. The first time was on 11/28/14 when I signed up, and the second time was on 12/29/14. Both were for the amount of $39.99. When I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account online, it's asking me if I'm "ready to buy?". Why does it say this if I have already purchased a plan? How do I get the information to license all of the software? Nowhere in my account settings can I find a way to license all of the Creative Cloud programs I have installed. Please help! I have tons of projects I need to be working on and cannot afford any delays!

    My trial for Photoshop just ran out, and I need to use it, and my copy of CS5 is only for Mac OS X.
    I can't buy Creative Cloud because every time I try, it works at first, but when I click "Confirm" to buy it, I get this:
    It just keeps saying "Please Wait" with the spinning logo. I tried 4 times and waited for 30 mins and nothing happened.
    I did all the steps and it accepted the credit card.

  • I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud and Muse hangs on publishing? Help?

    I am working within the Cloud now as subscribed. I installed Muse with intention of continuing building websites with the Muse Release Candadate, from Muse Beta that I learned and used for months. The sites that I had created with Muse Beta usually published without incident. But now that I've installed Muse RC, I find that I cannot publish at all. It either hangs or I get diverse error messages. The biggest tick of all is trying to get support! Is it because it's the weekend that I cannot find a phone number to call Adobe Support? Or am I meant to go around in circles seeking support that I cannot find an option for? It was easy to sign up and put money towards this program but be fore warned that this seems to be my only option for getting help? I have a client that I'm developing a website for and we were both happy to see Muse finally hit the market. I thought failing to publish issues would have been well worked out prior to release? Wouldn't you think so? I have to doubt the problem lies on my end and do not want to be pointed back in that direction again. Or I guess I could contact sales again for a support option there? Oh! I see Milton & Bradley have, Aggravation, Risk, and Life, named very well.     "help please"?

    Thank you Manish, but as i've described this problem thourghly over time while building this website in Muse beta. So too, I have downloaded this additional content which offered no resolve. I have contacted a person at Adobe Muse Support and have sent him a copy of the website to analyze its publishing failure. I think it is now in competent hands to solve the problem.     Are you on mac or pc? what operating system?
    Are you getting any error messages? If not, can you describe what you clicked on and then what you saw that was different from what you expected to see?
    Generally, once you download and install the desktop manager, you can install apps.
