Well, great customer service! I called to speak with a rep regarding my account. Here are the exact details: Call #1  7/29/15 5:24 Pm hung up on after 2 minute 12 secondsCall #2  7/29/15 5:26 Pm hung up on after 5 minutes 2 secondsCall #3  7/29/15 5:31 Pm hung up on after 26 minutes 17 secondsCall #4  7/29/15 6:41 Pm hung up on after 24 minutes 13 seconds So i have just wasted an entire hour of MY time uselessly waiting for these idiots to resolve an issue. This is the worst I have ever seen. Rediculous!

    We tried to call Verizon customer services a few times requesting to close the wireless account since 05/12, but now we still have the account opening.  We talked with the customer services, they first said that they can't close it and we have to wait until the next billing cycle, which is 06/04 to close it.  This is ridiculous because we don't use it and have to pay the service until 06/04.  The contract has already been passed.  Other wireless carrier allows us to close it anytime and date when we want to.  So, we don't know if anyone of you have any issue like this before.  If yes, how do you resolve the issue?  Please advise.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY POSTPAY SERVICE IS CANCELED BEFORE THE END OF MY CONTRACT TERM?
    However, I don't see any terms for the customers who cancel the postpay service AFTER the end of their contract term!  So, I really feel this is a dishonest schema to the customers.  I am wondering how many customers would come back to use Verizon service again compared to other wireless carriers.

    You may also be able to access https://store.apple.com/ in Safari, log into your account, and review recent purchases (and cancel any that haven't shipped yet).

    Unfortunately, only adobe can help you with that, as most people here are just posters such as your self and don't work for adobe.
    If you go here and use the Chat now button (bottom of page), they should get you up and running by resetting your activations.

    I have been calling comcast for the past 4 days and have been kept on hold for long times each time. Whats going on? At one point they took my name and number to call and they didnt.     Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
    If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

    I purchased the DSL internet on Friday and I wanted to set up a date for modem installation. I called the credit verification center and got transferred to the customer service. I told them what I wanted to do. I am generally a very nice person and I treat people nicely. This one guy answers the phone and immediately I can sense the rudeness in his voice. I didn't mind. I just wanted to set up a date for my installation. He told me to stay on the line. I did. But suddenly the phone got transferred again! To the credit verification center. Then I called the customer service again and the same gentleman answered my phone. Well, at first he didn't know it was me but after I tell him my information, he got frustrated with me and actually got mad at me! I was very surprised. Is this what verizon hires people to take care of their customers? I am actually going to cancel my purchase and I am going to go with a different company.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
    Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    I would delete them from your library and then redownload them from the iTunes Store.

    Same thing here. I love how they include this nice and easy to follow guide in the box and the KEY step for activation (the phone call) is a total fail. To verizon: the automated just says Terms and Conditions have been accepted for this number. Press 1 to enter another phone number in the order. Well, I HAD NO other phone number in my order. The message gives no other options. She repeats the same line 3 more times and after the 3rd time, it says please hold while we transfer you, call may be monitored etc. Guess what, its 2 am ET and customer service is closed?
    Do you guys expect thousands of iphone customers to speak to a CSR just to activate? Why not just let us do it online? I have activated plenty of phones even LTE phones, online. Now I'm going to have to compete with the other 30,000 people who ran into this same problem overnight tomorrow on the phone....

    I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused. However this is just because Adobe Acrobat 7.0 is an outdated version & the now the activation server for it does not exist.
    Please refer to the following KB doc.  Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3
    The above link will help you to  install a special version that does not require activation.

    It is not correct that it will only work if you are logged in with the original ID. You must sign into the store with your original ID and then redownload the app from the Purchased tab. Once it's downloaded, however, you do not need to remain logged into that account. However, you'll need to enter your password for that account anytime you try to update the app.
