I have CC, but it is telling me that Illustrator, Dreamweaver & Fireworks are only 30 day trials?

I am subscribed to Creative Cloud and when i downloaded AI, DW, and FW, it says that each is just a "30 day trial"

When you launch any CC apps you will get an option to license this software. Select License this software and sign in with your Adobe Id. The subscription should get activated.

Thanks for the additional info. If the printer works using your Dell Laptop, then the printer is working fine. The problem is with the driver. The Lexmark X1100 is only compatible up to Mac OS 9.2.2. If you have the Mac OS X, unfortunately, it's not compatible with that OS.
You might want to consider purchasing a new printer - preferably a network printer since you have multiple computers. We do have printers that are currently on sale online. You can check it out here: http://bit.ly/KQBDe0
Those printers are compatible with the newest Operating Systems both for Windows and Mac. It also has drivers for Linux.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

The 'cehck for available downloads' checks if there is anything in the store that you haven't yet downloaded, it won't copy anything from the iPad. Have you tried doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases ?

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to perform unauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. Uninstall the unauthorized modification software from the computer.
Edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from your hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For steps to edit the Hosts file and allow iTunes to communicate with the update server, see iTunes: Troubleshooting iTunes Store on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. don't take this the wrong way, I know you are trying to help, but that wasn't helpful in the slightest. Yes I realise that they don't know me personally, and hence don't know what my actual birthdate is. When I fill in online forms I generally do them accurately. I have no idea how they have it wrong, but what I was really alluding to was, can someone please tell me how to contact Apple so they can do it manually. this is doing my head in royally, since I cant download any apps etc on any of my apple stuff, as my account has been frozen.

5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

Thanks very much. Yes, I am using the installer files and serial number from the URL you referenced above. I have spent many hours trying to get it to work. I would love some help!!
The problem is that the instructions that come in the pdf with the downloaded files do not work, because the files that download from that page do not have the names referred to in the pdf, and most of the things that are referred to in the instructions do not happen. Here is what actually happened.
When I downloaded the files from the website, these are the files that downloaded:
I double-clicked each one and they extracted into two different folders.
Then I read a message on the forum that said to move all the extractred files into the same folder, so I moved all files into one file at C:\Creative Suite CS2\Adobe Creative Suite 2.0 as was pictured in the forum message. Here are screen shots showing all of the files in that folder I have now:
So then I double clicked the "Setup" file and I got this error message:
So then I tried to install the programs separately from the installer inside the folders Photoshop and Illustrator. I got this far and entered the serial number from the website:
But then I got this error message, even though I was using the files and serial number exactly from the website:
I tried both photoshop and illustrator and the same thing happened.
(I also looked at Solution 2 that you mentioned above but I don't have anything called VCOM on the computer. Also the error message that I got is not that one.)
I think I really need a set of instructions that lists the steps in order to do, but based on the files that actually download from the website and what happens when you extract the files. I feel as if I have all of the proper files but it still doesn't work.

Just because there are bars showing doesn't mean you are connected to the Internet. When you try going to the iTunes store, does the error message say anything about not connected to the Internet. If so, that's the problem. However, if you can successfully get to a web site in safari, then you do have a connection. In this case, are you sure you are using the right ID and password for the store?
