I have changed my default payment to an accepted visa card, yet paypal is still listed and won't let me purchase
My initialk payment default is not accepted, so I edited to an accepted visa charge account. Paypal is still showing as my default and I am unable to purchase books etc.
Try this...
Launch iTunes on your computer.
From the iTunes menu bar click iTunes / Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Click: Reset warnings and Reset cache
Click OK.
Try editing your billing information in iTunes > Store > View My Account > Edit Payment Information.

I can’t login to iCloud because I changed my email address several months ago. I changed my address with iCloud as well, but when I try to login with my phone it prompts me with the old email address. Since my password and old email address do not represent a valid account anymore I cannot login. My iPhone will not let me change the email address associated with the iTunes account. In PC I have changed the default app location from (c:/users/username/My Music/iTunes) to other (d:iTunes) and copied the previous content to new location and changed the Default location in Edit preference. Now in iTunes, my previous apps are not visible. Is there any solution to this?

I have registered a credit card for purchasing apps from the app store. My bank has issued a new chip based card and now the 16 digit numbers have changed. How do I register the new card for flowless purchases?
Go to Apple Menu > App Store > View my account > sign in and then edit the payment details with the new card details.
I am assuming that your card and supporting bank are in the same country as your residential (billing) address and that you are using the App Store of that country. -
How do I change the Apple ID that is stored on my MacBook Air. I have changed my Apple ID on the Apple ID website but both my MacBook Air and my iMac show the old Apple ID when accessing iCloud.
I had this problem on my iMac and fixed it after a half hour of frustrated trying. I had changed my Apple ID on my iPad mini while traveling. When I finally got back home after a few months, I couldn't log in to iTunes on my iMac. The old Apple ID was still being used on my iMac. I tried just highlighting it and deleting it and typing in my new Apple ID. No dice. The login just defaulted to my old Apple ID. I tried clicking on the drop down menu that appears when you right right click your Apple ID that appears at the top of the page after highlighting the 'iTunes Store" in the left side list. I saw "account" so I clicked on that. The "account" settings on my iMac showed my new Apple ID but my iMac wouldn't use it. It just kept defaulting to my old ID. I shut down. I logged back in. Same result. Finally I right clicked the same drop down menu and saw "sign out" at the bottom of the list. Even though I was not signed in to iTunes, I clicked "sign out". My next log in to iTunes showed my Apple ID as blank and I was able to type in my new ID. Hope this helps.
I am a long time 20 year Microsoft user. I am somewhat ( 1 year) new to Apple. With Microsoft, I found that fixing problems was clunky and complex, but there was always a post somewhere that explained the fix. Microsoft's explanations stated even the most obvious fact. Even if everyone knew that the sky was blue, Microsoft's instructions would still tell you that the sky was blue. With Apple, I find that the obvious is sometimes not so obvious. But the fix is almost always easy once you find it, without many of the elaborate maneuvers needed in Windows. -

I want to photo stream pix from my iMac to apple tv. When I try to enter the iCloud account name and password, the systems tells me that terms of service have changed and won't let me proceed. What's that about?
You need to reset the password for the "old" account, and then use that to turn off iCloud. Then you will be able to sign in with your new ID.

Outlook now makes me sign out and sign back in to each of my email accounts. When I try to sign back in, it defaults to the main account and won't let me type in the other email addresses. This only happens in Firefox, both Google and IE leave the email address blank and let me type in the one I want to access. I'd rather use Firefox, but it doesn't let me type in a different email address. Can I fix this?
This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked (check the permissions on the about:permissions page).

I Changed my apple ID two days ago and verified it threw my email. When I try to download an app it still shows my old apple is and won't let me download. am I doing something wrong?
OK, so did you change to the new ID on your device in:
Settings>iTunes & App Store
Settings>iCloud (if you did not delete the old iCloud account before you changed your Apple ID, then post back for instructions on how to delete it)
Settings>Messages>Send & Receive
Settings>FaceTime
You need to sign out the old Apple ID in all of these places and sign on the new one.

What is making it think that you own money for an app upgrade? -
I Have $13.60 on my itunes account from a gift card, but it won't let me purchase any songs because of a credit card I used to have on the account. There's no money on the credit card, and I want it to go away so I can purchase songs again.
What exactly happens when you try to buy something ? If you've already removed the card from your account then iTunes shouldn't be asking for any details about it.
If you log into into your account is the card still shown . On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on your phone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

Hi folks I've been having a few problems using standard overlay files in DVDSP 4. I seem to have fixed most of them using the wonderful information on this board but am stuck on the following I have a screen with 7 buttons. The top 3 and menu button
