I have charges on my account I did not approve. I have sent requested for return phone calls to discuss this problem nd no one has called. If his problem is not corrected. I am reporting it as fraud.

Since you disputed the charges with your credit card company, the CC company reversed the charges and Apple (correctly) locked the AppleID.

I noticed that my account was charged for several downloads that I did not purchase. How can I straighten this out so I can purchase downloads. Has someone hacked onto my account? Should I cancel my credit card? Yikes!!

And you might want to change your password to your iTMS account, just in case someone has indeed gotten access to your account. -

I emailed u back yesteday about an issue that u took 99.99 dollarss out of my bamnk account that i did not do i either want my money put back into my account or the chips i was charged for amd i got no reply from anyoine all u have to do id contact doubledown and they will show that on the 6th no chips other than 12,000,000 were put into my account that day all i want is either my money abck or the chips put into my doubledown account and i got no reply back from anyone so will someone please lookj into this it was a mistake on ur part noone elses so will someone please do one thing or the other waiting impatiently thank u

Charged for an app that I did not dowload - please help urgent!!!!
I have been charged for a ringtone that I did not purchase. I wne t back to my downloaded apps to see if I did it by mistake it is not even there. I was cahregd $3 for a song that I did not even know. Please help me what I can do to reverse this charge and protect myself for something like this happening again?

The migration process is likely to have signed you out in System Preferences>MobileMe and you will need to sign in again. Then you can mount your iDisk on the Desktop (command-shift-i). Or you can access your files at http://me.com/idisk.

How do I update my iOS? I have the iPad 1 and have tried over and over to try and update the iOS version to iOS 5.1, nothing works it will start updating then say that it did not update? PLEASE HELP!!! P.s I'm running newest version of iTunes.
Connect your iPad to your computer and let iTunes back up your iPad. After it does that disconnect it and go into your settings under general and under reset and select erase all content. After you do that reconnect to your computer, open iTunes and follow the screen options to set up your iPad as new. Once it is done doing that see if you have the latest version of iOS installed and if it does then either download gain the apps you had before or restore them from the backup made previous.

The problem is with your email provider. I suspect someone has hacked your account because you use the same password for most of your online work. You should change your password and not use the same password for most of your on-line accounts, most people are lazy and don't use different passwords because they can't remember them all. You should begin changing your passwords and using a password management tool to help you remember. If you need help choosing one Google "OS X Password Managers" to find some reviews.
