I have cloud, and elements 10 trial is expired and won't let me use even when signed in

I have had cloud subscription for 3 months. Photoshop cs6 and Lightroom 4 seem to be working fine, but I can't get Elements 10 to stop wanting a resistration key every time I try to use it. I'm signed in, just like the other programs, but it won't switch out of the expired trial. I tried talking to an agent who told me to contact the tech support page, which just takes me around in circles. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Elements 10. Now Elements 10 is not showing up in my download manager, so I had to dl it from the website. I'm not getting any help from Adobe with this. Can someone please help?

Be sure to explain that PSE doesn't have a cloud subscription--not many people there will know much about Elements.

    Hi, my mother just bought me Wireless N Home Router. I set it up and it's working great. Problem is however, it won't let my itouch feed off the wireless connection. I enter the password in to join the group but it's keeps saying I am unable to join. I am 100% sure that the password is correct. So I don't know what the problem could be. Before I put in a password it was giving my itouch wi-fi w/o inserting a password. Once the password was needed the connection was lost and I couldn't get back in. Is there something that I can do?     Which security type you are using on the router...?
    Open the router setup page by typing 192.168.1.1 in the address on wired computer..Under the Wireless tab,Change the Channel to 20MHz only and Standard Channel to 11-2.462GHz and click on save settings...Unde the Wireless Securiy subtab...Check the security key...If you are using WEP then,yse Key1 as the security key.
    Under Advanced Wireless Settings...Change the Beacon Interval to 75,Change the Fragmentation Threshold to 2304,Change the RTS Threshold to 2304 and Click on Save Settings... 
    Power cycle the router and check..It should work !!!

    I am sorry to say but Project created in Premiere Pro CC is not backward supported so it will not work in Premiere Pro CS6.

    Try this .... reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

  • After trial version expired and purchasing creative cloud membership programs still will not open

    I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago.  I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver.  I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well.  I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!!  Please help!!

    I don't think these issues pertain to mine.  There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription.  Its like it can't see it for some reason.  I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

    I have the same problem.  It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button.  After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number.  The only two other options are "back" and "next".

    Normally you just need to install the Creative Cloud app and products after signing in with your Adobe ID following the process described here:

    You might also want to ensure your computer is able to validate your membership and confirm using the troubleshooting described here:

  • Adobe Muse CC trial has expired and now I cannot enter a activation code for the product

    I installed Muse and the original instructions I obtained from my corporate office stated to use the enterprise key for our Adobe package and then accept the trial for Muse. The trial version of Muse has expired and I have a serial number but I can not input it. my options are listed as "buy" or "sign in" if you select "buy" then your are taken to the Adobe website. If you sign in you are prompted to "buy or continue the trial, and if you select continue it states that the trial has expired and sends you back to the screen that tells you to buy the software again. How can I get to input the serial number?

    If you have a creative cloud enterprise serial key, you can serialize Adobe Muse using that serial key and suppress sign in too (Muse CC 2014 64 bit). Please follow the steps mentioned in link below to serialize Muse CC 2014.

    Lets clear a couple of things up first.
    1, You have the Photographers CC subscription which gives you access to PSCC and the current version of Lightroom.
    2. PSCC does not include Lightroom.
    Now what you will need to do is delete the Lightroom app on your iMac and restart the Mac. Then you can d/load Lightroom from the CC app.

    You installed Adobe what?  Assuming that perhaps you have a subscription for Acrobat XI Pro, I will move your post to the appropriate forum.  You could also try to Contact Customer Care.

    Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop application and Sign in with email ID using which you had purchased subscription .
