( Windows vista) When I open the timeline, click on audio, and drag a song from itunes, windows movie maker shuts down, and the song is not transferred. Are these systems incompatible? Can I upload the movie to I tunes somehow and then add the music tracks? Thank you...

You should take it to an Apple store or an AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) Carefully inspect the hinge joint and make sure there is no debris that you can see, you can try carefully sliding some sticky tape thru the joint to clear any loose stuff out. But this sounds like there might be more going on here, and the hinge is something that you do not want to fool with.

Did you change the ID in Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID? Tap the old ID and sign out and then sign in with the new one. If not running iOS 6 it will be Settings>Stores>Apple ID.

I don't know if you can prevent it at all. The same ting happens to me in other apps - not just web browsers. I realize that since it's a web browser, there might be something that you don't want someone else to see if they use your iPad, so If it bothers you that much, close Chrome when you are done with it.

After starting my iMac (Mountian Lion OS) from sleep mode and then staring Mail, Mail will crash (shut down) and needs to be restarted. This does not happen every time but enough to be annoying. I am also seeing the symptoms of this on my large (3500+) network of macs. We have seen it happen on MacBooks and MacBook Pros. I am curious to know do you have multiple airports in your environment or a single airport?

Test after taking each of the following steps. Back up all data before making any changes.
1. Make sure the network is on the preferred list by following these instructions.
2. Follow the instructions in this support article under the heading "Symptom: The network connection drops unexpectedly."
3. Make a note of all your settings for Wi-Fi in the Network preference pane, then delete the connection from the connection list and recreate it with the same settings. You do this by clicking the plus-sign icon below the connection list, and selecting Wi-Fi as the interface in the sheet that opens. Select Join other network from the Network Name menu, then select your network. Enter the password when prompted and save it in the keychain.
4. From the Location menu at the top of the Network preference pane, select Edit Locations. A sheet will drop down. Click the plus-sign button to create a new location. Give it any name you want. In the new location, set up the Wi-Fi service with the same settings you used before. Click Apply and test.
5. Launch the Keychain Access application. Search for and delete all AirPort network password items that refer to the network. Make a note of the password first.
6. In some cases, the problem has been resolved by repairing permissions on the startup volume.
7. Reinstall OS X.

When I Open the Acrobat XI I just purchased as download from Academic Superstore I get and error message that the serial number is invalid.

Is there something special I need to do when installing adobe Acrobat XI on my mac. I am getting an error that the serial number is wrong but I am entering the serial number provided be indent-e.com? anyone have any ideas?

I had 50% battery and I was playing a game but suddenly it was shut down and never open again.
I tried several methods to open it but no reply from the phone.
I bought in Geneva by myself but I am living in ıstanbul/Turkey, I do have 1 year gurantee but it is not valid in Turkey also this is very strange position.
Geneva shop is saying that please bring the phone to our shop with you otherwise there is no otherway to see what happened.

You should be able to:
Backup the device to the new installation
Transfer your purchases into a newly authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup!
