I have credits - why can't I buy songs?

I have some money on my itunes account - it was originally from a giftcard, but when I try and purchase songs it won't let me! It keeps reverting me to the billing information. Help please!

Due to recent security issues and identify theft (mostly due to phishing scams), the iTunes Store seems to be requiring more frequent verification of credit card information when a card is registered in your account, even if you have a balance from a prepaid card. Either just go through the verification process or, if you have a credit card entered and don't expect to need it anytime soon, go into the Payment information in your account and set the payment method to "none" which should then stop the regular requirements for verification (it may still ask - mine does - but you should just be able to click through the buttons without problems).

Why can't I buy songs off my Itouch from itunes?

when i log into itunes from my itouch i can't but any songs. it works and i can view songs, but the button with the price where you click to but doesn't show up. I even have part of a gift card left on my itunes. This started when i recently downloaded a bunch of cds to my itouch.

If you haven't already tried, you have to plug your iPod into the computer and open iTunes. Then it can get confusing, but when you're in iTunes you have click on your device and then sync your music. This will take all the music already in your iTunes library and put it on your iPod. It will also take all the purchased music on your iPod and move it to iTunes.
However, if you have downloaded songs from cds or anyother program, they will not sync into iTunes and will be deleted from your iPod. But this will only happen if they are not already in iTunes. You also need to be careful of one other thing when you are syncing your iPod. The iTunes library already comes with a default of songs that apple provides you with, and these may also sync onto your iPod if you're not careful. I know because I had to do the same thing with my iPod and all this happened to me.

Are you in Italy with an Italian iTunes account ? If not then you won't be able to buy content from its store, you need to be in a country with a billing address and account in that country to be able to buy from it (content is licensed to Apple to sell on a country-by-country-basis). If there are particular songs that you'd like to buy then you can try requesting that they be added to your country's store, but ultimately it's the record company's decisionas to whether they can be sold there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

I'm hoping this will change. If we are allowed to access the iTunes Music Stores in other countries, then we should be allowed to buy the songs too.
I really enjoy the UK store, but I can't buy anything because I don't have a billing address in the UK!

Why can I not buy songs from iTunes Music Store?

Earlier this year I moved from the U.S.A. to Sweden... changing my 'Mac.com' account address while doing so.
Last week, I tried to purchase some songs from the iTunes Music Store with my American MasterCard (a debit card) which is listed with my Swedish address at my U.S. bank. As I had never purchased at the iTunes M.Store before I was instructed to 'review my account'... which I did. It had my present Sweden address and my Mastercard listed as method of payment. Upon submitting the form, it was rejected, saying that my MasterCard was 'invalid for Sweden'! So I then go to the Apple-Sweden Store and purchase an iTunes Music Card which I receive in the mail the following day. Now I follow the Apple advice posted for purchasing music by redeeming an iTunes Music Card without listing a credit card (http://www.apple.com/se/support/itunes/store/giftcard/#GCA)... except there is no selection for NONE as indicated in these instructions.... So once again when I submit the form it is rejected, meaning that this time I have already spent money for the iTunes Music Card that is now worthless to me!
Is there another way I can redeem this card without going through that 'review account' window...?
I don't care to set up another account by setting up another e-mail address just to do this... as I want all of the Apple business to go through my Mac.com account as it should be configured to do so!

O.K. Everything seems to be in order now!
I don't know what happened but this is the results....
After attempting to edit change the information on my iTunesMS account at least 7 times, I posted the above question, logged out of iTunes, closed down all my apps and turned off my computer.
A few hours later, I thought I would give it one more try and when I turned on iTunes, went to the Music Store and then 'reviewed' my account... it had my old American address on it with the country listed as Sweden... I just left it alone, as it didn't have my credit card info listed at all... Curiously, I'm clueless about that (though I did send this same complaint to Apple during the first posting... did that have anything to do with it?) When I clicked the continue button (without changing any info) it prompted me that I was finished setting up my iTunes Music Store account and I was immediately able to download some songs....(using the iTunes Music card--- I have not tried my MasterCard!)
So basically, I did nothing except close iTunes, turn off my computer and later rebooted it and opened iTunes! Strange... does that seem like a fix or what?

I searched for the program, found it, but the buy button is totally unresponsive. Other some other programs work, others do not.

Is this the film Outlander ? If it is then it's rated 15 here in the UK - do you have an age rating set in the Parental tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) that is protecting the buy button ?

- Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

why can't I buy a tv show on itunes? when I click on buy it takes me to verify my billing info and when I do it asks me to enter my password for the thirth time and it will take me back to checking my billing info over and over and over.... it doesn't tell me that I am entering any info wrong. neither I am.

No idea, absent some idea of what exactly you were doing to "get a tv show ..... on my iPad".
