We cannot provide you any replacement DVD for DP CS4 as its a very old product and we donot have the installer for that. However, you can use the below link to download DP CS4 but make sure to read the download instructions properly.

We no longer have replacement media available for Creative Suite 5.5. You may be able to follow the directions listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to download an older version. Please back it up though if you are able to download as this is not a reliable method for being able to always obtain your installation files.

Try forcing iPhoto to load the Library on the External Hard drive by launching it while holding down the Option key. Choose the Library on the External HD, and quit iPhoto, see if iMovie can see the Library with the iPhoto Videos contained inside.

Kindly try the below mentioned steps if you already have Lightroom 5 installed on your laptop.
Launch lightroom.
Click on help.
Click on Check for update.

No way. You are long past any upgrade eleigibility cycles, so you would have to buy a full CS6 license or join Creative Cloud. That also negates any advise people could give you on making a platform swap, which requires you to be on a current version, anyway.

I did that - nothing happen... I have changed my adobe ID and all address to my Canada home.
Having log myself out and re-log back in to start the Creative Cloud subscription. The payment still shows in Sterling Pounds.
This is difficult as I am no longer earning Sterling pounds as a wage and the subscription would automatically be doubled payment, because Canadian $ is less in currency exchange to the UK Sterling Pound.
Thanks for your above suggestions, but what should I do now, to resolved this issue.

What format is your problem clip? Are there wave forms visible in the section without sound?
Right click on the clip in the event broswer and choose Reveal in Finder; open the clip in Quick Time to confirm that there is sound throughout at that stage of your workflow.
