I have CS5 . When I upgraded from Window 8 to 8.1 I can no longer delete photographs while in Bridge unless I close it out and then reopen it. Help

To see what Graphics Card is in your computer,
Go to Control Panel > Device Manager > Graphics Adaptor and it will tell you the card Model, then double click it to see your driver version.
Also a great utility I've been using for years that detects your Hardware and Drivers and Apps types and versions is Periform's SPECCY.
They offer a free version which even detects Fan Speeds and Motherboard and Video Card and CPU Temperatures.

If you have a 64 bit machine then there shouldn't be any problem while installing any 32-bit software.

I just purchased itunes match and when I try to add my main computers music library I see "iTunes Match has encountered an error. Please choose Sign Out and then Sign In from the Store menu and try again." but signing back in always results in the same error message. Somebody has to have an answer to this.
Did you try setting itunes to run with administrator privileges?

I have CS5 Production Premium Upgrade from CS4 PP
... which is NOT an upgrade - it's the full version.
What I'd like to know is, can I sell the CS4 Production Premium now, or must I keep it to retain the eligibility of my CS5 product?
I don't want to do anything illegal, or leave myself without upgrade eligibility cover for CS5 (and beyond), but conversely I don't want to keep this software if I no longer need it.
Hope someone can give a definitive answer.

NeilIf you used CS4 as the basis to get upgrade pricing than the CS5 license replaces the CS4 license. You CANNOT transfer CS4 as it is now legally tied to CS5.

If you are upgrading from Windows Vista or earlier to Windows 10, all applications are removed. You will then need to reinstall your F-Secure security product manually after the upgrade.
If you are upgrading from Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, F-Secure security product might get removed depending if you do not have the supported version of F-Secure installed. You will then need to reinstall your F-Secure security product manually after the upgrade.
Note: Make sure that you download the latest version of our product when reinstalling the product on Windows 10.You will likely find that drivers are not readily available for Windows 10 on HP site. When Windows 8 was released it was a slow process rolling out drivers and many early adopters were not happy. I agree with -wait for a few months at least. Check your models support page for release of Win 10 drivers also before deciding.

Our computers were upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. When we try to access CS5 we get an error. We originally had CS3 and upgraded to CS5 now the error message wants us to choose a qualifying product which seems to be CS4 however we went from CS3 to CS5. Can anyone assist

When I upgraded from v4 to v5 my bookmarks was lost. I do have the one that is in the firefox toolbar. Apparently I had a bookmarks add-on. V5 changed my browser how can I determine what the program was and if the bookmarks are still there?

That does do that. However it is a temporary backup and not the most reliable. Make sure you also go into file > Transfer purchases from _______ to make sure you save your music and apps. though the article that wjosten posted is correct for the backup as well. But article HT1414 is better for info on backing up.

You should be able to. Just deactivate your copy of CS5 on your old computer. Open one of the applications and choose Help > Deactivate.
