I have CS6 on my iMac. I want to load it onto an external drive to use off my Mac Air. I have the serial number. How do I do this without having to subscribe to CC?

Unfortunately, if the iPad is insisting that you use a passcode, there is no way around it other than to restore the device using iTunes on a computer, or by erasing it in iCloud.com via Find My iPhone.
You could try resetting the iPad and cross your fingers and hope this is just a blip on the radar....hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Enter the first date. I typed 23 feb. Numbers adds the year (if you want a different year, type that as well).
Press return (enter)
Click on the first cell.
You will see a small white crcle at the bottom right of that cell.
Drag the circle down.

Copy the content from one computer to another and import the media into iTunes.
Any playlists, playcounts, etc on the computer the content is being moved from will be lost.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

I have deactivated photoshop in the old computer.
The old laptop have photoshop installed with the DVD but the new laptop don't have DVD so i downloaded cs5 from Download CS5 products. ¿Maybe doing this is an error?

the installation files work the same whether from a disc or download, but there are other ways to mismatch a serial and installer.

If it is the same app for the iPod and the iPad (universal or iPod/iPhone app) and not a iPad only app, the only way is to restore the iPad from the backup of the iPod. That will wipe out all the app data currently on the iPad though.
If the iPad is an iPad only app, then there is no way.
