How do I buy CS6 Standard for Mac from the Adobe website? There doesn't appear to be an option for Mac although all the FAQs insist the suite will work on a Mac. I am having endless problems with Safari - "cannot find www.google.com" or click on a link in a website "cannot connect to xx - you are not connected to the internet" - which I am!! The latter even within Apple Communities!
To check I went back to my old PC with Internet Explorer and had and have had no such problems!
I have asked for advice in several forums but so far no expert can help cure my Safari/Apple problem.
So, frankly, the sooner Safari is extinct the better!

Bridge CS4's Output update (for Mac) - 'can't install/quit' message. Can anyone help?

I am trying to download Bridge CS4's Output update, but get a 'can't install/quit' message when I open the dmg file. I have checked system requirements, space etc and everything should be OK. I have been using Bridge CS4 for some years, and for some reason didn't know about the Output add-on.
I have a late 2012 iMac, Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Photoshop CS6 Extended for Mac Failure to Install

I purchased the student addition for my iMac (10.8 version and plenty of space for it to be on my computer) of the Photoshop CS6 extended. When I go to my orders to download, you have to download the Akamai Download Manager 834 KB, which I did, and it opened up the download instructions from the Akamai net session interface. Then I went to download the actual product. Akamai Download Manager 1.01 GB, which I did and that puts the visual 'disc' image on my computer. Once I open that, I open the adobe Photoshop CS6 folder and it starts to download but stops and says
'We've encountered the following issues
Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem"
Well that's funny when you click on that, it's discontinued. When I go to the support section, it doesn't help. Nor does the Phone representatives actually help with any Creative Suite products.The online chat though it is within hours, they aren't helping either. I have tried the CC cleaner app, which did nothing to alleviate my problem, and even actually tried download CC to see if it had the old version of photoshop on there-which it does not. As well as accessing the 'hidden' user library files to see if I could override with an install log if in case I had a faulty code. Which I could not find/did not seem to appear to be one. ( Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC)
What can I do for this to work? Am I missing something? I really need photoshop and I don't want creative cloud. I'd rather shoot myself in the head. And I am getting beyond frustrated, so I hope ya'll can help, you are my only hope. Thanks

Just bought the perpetual license online - student-teacher version. Received email confirming my eligibility and followed all instructions to a 't', but still got this 413 error message, and cannot continue.

Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your browser's cache before you try downloading. If it continues to present that error try using a different browser.
As far as getting to a chat link goes, it can be hit or miss... Start Here If after selecting relevant responses you are unable to find a solution, choose "Still need help? Contact us." and the chat contact option.

Please help me! Can you send me an installer for Acrobat 6.0 Standard for Mac??? The Acrobat Customer Service "help" says this is the only way I can get my Acrobat going again. It won't bother YOUR installer to share it with me.....and I must use MY OWN SERIAL NUMBERS to connect with them, so they say there's no way it could hurt you......but it would really help me!
I reinstalled my system software, and my Acrobat got corrupted in some way which will not let it communicate properly with Adobe. I cannot upgrade because this is the only version compatible with my other software. Please help, and send me the installer so I can get working again. I'm grateful for anyone who can help. I'm sorry you distrust me and the person from Acrobat.   He does not
usually work on the Forum, and was trying to help me as Adobe thinks this is my
only solution.   One of the other Acrobat customer service people had
suggested it, and someone had replied that perhaps he could help.   I guess you
misunderstood his posting because he was not trying to say my software had been
"trial" , he was using that as an example.   I bought, own, and have been
using my copy of Acrobat 6.0.4 since I bought it directly from Adobe in
2004........I had something happen with my operating system, and now I need to
reinstall it, but Adobe erases the installers from people's systems after 3
years.   It was the Adobe Customer Service Techie help line that suggested this
"solution".   I have my own serial number etc.......it just won't connect
to Adobe without some teensy missing part of something from the installer
software.   The only "standard" versions I see out there for sale, are for PC,
not Mac.   If you know of something else, I'd be grateful for the info.

Unfortunately, no. the CS programs are platform specific. You have three options. Upgrade to CS6 and request a platform swap, in which case you will give up the Windows serial number. Second, you could buy a second serial number for Mac outright. Third, you can buy the subscription to Photoshop CC, which can be used on both Windows and Macintosh..

Acrobat Standard Trial is not available. You can download the Acrobat XI Pro Trial.
Also, if you have got the serial number for your windows product, you can get it replaced by the scanner vendor..

CS4 product Serial numbers were platform specific, You can use the serial number only for one platform. If you have a MAC version Serial Number then you cannot install it on windows and also CS4 is not supported anymore , everything is on cloud now, Adobe is not providing any physical media or any Serial numbers for any old applications.
I am sorry but you cannot use the CS4 on windows if you have purchased it for MAC.

To help with nomenclature: iOS is the operating system for iPads, iPhones and iPods. OS-X is the operating system for Macs (versions are 10.xxx with the latest being Mountain Lion (10.8.5 is the current patch level)).
Now, to answer your question: MS Office for the Mac does not give you the ability to individually install, or remove, components like the Windows version. It is an all or nothing proposition. So, Outlook should already be there. If not, you will need to reinstall the entire package.

You should be able to install the products on two computers as long as they are not running at same. Also the platform should be MAC.

Where to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac? (in the UK).

I'm looking to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac for the company I work for (I'm in the IT department).
All the other marketing staff run this version.
I need another copy but it seems it's all been replaced with Creative Cloud.
The finance director is not happy to be paying yearly for this, wants a one off payment for boxed/download version of CS6, so everyone's on the same version.
I've Googled but don't trust any of the online shops I'm finding (could be dodgy copies of the software, might not turn up, etc).
Adobe seem to still sell some CS6 products but only in other countries? (we're in the UK).
