I have delete all my icloud email every folder but that won't release free storage on my account
So that. My storage is keep growing.

I'm having exactly the same problem: I've moved all my icloud messages OFF icloud and onto my machine. Mail still shows up as using 4.3GB of my available 5GB and I keep getting messages that I'm out of space. How the heck do we get mail to believe that there ISN'T ANYTHING ON THE CLOUD!!

When I plug in iPhone (5.1.1) to computer, playlists show up on the iPhone (when plugged in), that do not appear when it is not plugged in. And I can't erase them. My phone's going to be replaced at the Apple store tomorrow for reasons that don't make a difference to this, and my iPhone hasn't been backed up since the 16th of May! Everytime I plug in my phone it says 'Not Enough Storage' 'Please delete some of your storage to make room for backup' I have made LOADS of room. I generally delete loads of photo's everyday to try and make enough space. On storage, I've got 7.3 GB Available, and I've used 6.2 GB. It says, there needs to be an additional 5.1 GB of storage required to back up my iPhone. This can't be right, and I'm clueless?
If I go into the shop tomorrow and they replace my phone, my data will be lost?
And I can't complain about this tomorrow because they won't be able to do anything?You gotta remember that iCloud is backing up the entire phone. So if you delete stuff it still might not be enough. You have to options. Buy more storage or back it up to a computer because apple won't be able to back it up for you.

A lot of songs in my library have an exclamation point to the left of the song. Apparently this means the song cannot be located for syncronizinf to the IPOD but yet they can still be played. I have gone so far as deleting every song and then importing them. Same problem. This is not just a few songs but at one time was in the hundreds.
Has anyone experience this?The exclamation point indicates the media is not where iTunes expects it to be.

I have deleted all emails from my ICloud email account but my manage storage still shows that the mail is using 9.7GB. Why isn't the number decreasing if all emails have been deleted?
It might be caused by storage "buffering". If so, the space will adjust automatically when another iCloud feature uses the space previously allocated to your deleted email. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4873.

In preparing for iCloud storage to be reduced to 5GB, I have deleted all my emails (via internet to iCloud) including all inboxes, sent mail, archived etc. HOWEVER my iPhone (under Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage says I have 8.5 GB. Please help!

I think I screwed up my migration. I turned off the sub-accounts on my Mobile Me Family Pack before I hit the button to move my account. Now it seems I have deleted all of my family's email accounts. Can they be re-activated/retrieved? The instructions at that point were vague to non-existent.
I'm tryin to move my account to iCloud too and I have sub accounts. I deleted a couple of the sub accounts and found that one of them (didn't try the other one) couldn't login anymore. I haven't moved to iCloud yet and I was able to re-establish the sub account. I had another go at moving to iCloud and noticed that I may not need to delete the sub accounts, it just warns that I won't be able to add or delete them after moving to iCloud. Maybe that is the way to go. Move the main account to iCloud without deleting the sub accounts?? Maybe this will leave the sub account owners able to move in their own time.
I don't know if you can fix what you have done if you have already moved to iCloud with your main account. Might be time for you visit the local Genius Bar or call Apple support.

i have deleted all contacts in icloud but still have them on my iphone (which is backed up as well to iTunes) how can i restore the iphone data to the iCloud so it will resend it to my mac book and iPad? I have switched my iphone to airplane mode so it is not connected to the internet and so icloud can not wipe it at the moment.
thanks royThere's a menu choice (I think under "Files") that lets you sync purchased items on a device back to itunes. Look for that.
iCloud does not store music. If you want to do that you'd have to subscribe to itunes Match, but to get music to the match servers, you need the music in the itunes library on your computer. -
Please can somebody help ....My iphone said not enough icloud space available, so I have delete all back ups and checked what apps are linked to my back up and it is only my photos. Since deleting all current back ups I have tried to back up again and it still says not enough space when I have 5GB/ 5GB available.

I'd be really greatful as this is driving me mad... why can't things just be simple xThe problem could be that you don't have enough storage on the device itself, not on iCloud. Go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. Farther down the list is the available storage on iCloud.
Also check:
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage; there, tap the device you need info on and the resulting screen lists Backup Options with which apps store data on iCloud as well. Tap Show All Apps to get the complete list of apps and MB used for backup storage.
A device needs many MB of storage in order to perform a backup to iCloud.

I have alternate icloud email attached to my iPad and I accidentally delete it from appleid.apple.com. And now I can't log out that iCloud account because it doesn't exist and it can't recognize my password.If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

when will there be a select all/delete all option in Emails? I have a large number of emails that come to my phone which i dont want to delete from my outlook mail account (On my PC). However, i want to be able to search, select all and delete these emails from my phone? I do not use ICloud either as it causes issues with my calendars at work.
These features should be a standard as there are plenty of other users out there that are trying to do the same thing and as yet there has been no progress? The email on the iphone is one of the biggest downfalls of the phone, blackberry and android handle them much better, but i dont have an option with my phone at work. Please help??No one here would have any idea when or if such a feature would be introduced until and unless Apple announces it.
