I have deleted bookmarks, but they still show up in the 'unorganized bookmarks', how do I get rid of them? They do not show up on the bookmarks menu or toolbar, or 'organize bookmarks' Please help

There is a total of three. I have tried many different ways, but can't get rid of them. They are not bookmarked on Firefox, but in the past there was a person on this computer that used my 'side' of the home computer without authorization. I will try erasing history next, other than that, haven't the slightest idea of how to get rid of them. I don't go to those sites, and want them gone (as does my wife).

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library and then download again using the Purchased link in the right-hand column of the iTunes Store home page, or transfer them from the iPhone again.

You have to uncheck what songs you don't want in iTunes. I don't think you could delete songs off the phone direct, unless you had I tunes match.

I wish I had a solution (and yours is a fairly recent Mac) but that symptom is similar to those of a failed screen. The repair is often $500-$1000! If you run an external monitor from this iMac, I'd try that to see if the problem goes away. If it is gone, then the screen itself on the iMac has gone bad and you can use an external monitor, they cost about $100 or so. If the lines also show up on an external monitor, then it is likely that your graphics chip has gone bad.
Another thing to try -- boot into safe mode, as safe mode bypasses some of the more advanced graphics hardware. If the screen is ok, you might be able to use your computer in a lower graphics mode.
Another thing to do: run the Apple hardware Test DVD that came with your Mac. It may pinpoint the problem immediately.

It sounds as if you purchased the app, but you also purchased some subscription within the app. You say "Apple is charging monthly", but it's probably the app writer that is charging you monthly for some subscription you purchased within the app. Contact the app vendor and tell them you want to stop the subscription.

The cloud icon means that the songs are only in the cloud, they aren't stored on your iPad. You can turn off the showing of songs that are in the cloud via Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'show all' heading) 'off'. Back up all data before proceeding.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.

Its probably just as you said, it's dead. I mean the battery.
I have a second generation iPod and the battery doesn't hold a charge long. So yours must be really struggling with the battery.
You can send it off for a battery replacement, or as is expected due to the cost of doing that and with standard manipulative business thinking, you could just get a new iPod like a good little customer.

On my ipad, there are dozens of "recently purchased" songs supposedly available for download from iCloud. I don't recognize most of the songs - they could have been downloaded 6 years ago by my daughter. How do I get rid of them?

So there are all these songs, from ADELE to Zapp and Roger. I don't recall purchasing any of them. Some of them were clearly purchased years ago by my daughter, who now has a different account (and doesn't know the current password to my account).

Purchased music does not count against your iCloud storage and you cannot get rid of them in the purchased tab.

From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
And check your Applications folder for the app.

Thhere is no way that iPhoto did that - either source put the data on the photo, you used a photo editor to put it there or the receiving e-mail client is displaying it there - iPhoto has no capability to add any text including dates to a photo
iPhoto will display the date on an event while viewing photos if you have that option set in the preferences
