You need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.

How do I delete music from my ipad? I have deleted the music from my itunes but when I sync it wont come off my ipad.
If you don't want to delete too much then you can do it directly on the iPad. You can either swipe across track names and you should get a delete button, or on the album or artist selection screens you can press and hold an album or artist and you should then get an 'x' on its top corner which will delete the album or artist if you tap it.
If you want to delete more then it may be quicker to connect the iPad to your computer, and on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes under the iPad device you should see a Music section (if you don't see the content types listed then click the arrow next to the iPad's name) - select that and on the right-hand side you should see a list of the music that is on your iPad, and you can then select and delete them. -

We have a complete CC business membership and currently have the programs installed on 2 computers but need to add them onto a 3rd. Can we add a licence to our membership or do we need to purchase an additional membership?
If you have Creative Cloud for teams, and you bought the licenses through Adobe direct (via Adobe.com), you can add licenses yourself, and they will be invoiced automatically as you get invoiced for the other two licenses.
Log into adobe.com with your team admin Adobe ID and password.
Once logged in you should be able to access a Manage Team option from the menu.
In the top-right corner there should be an Add Licenses button, that lets you purchase any number of additional licenses.
If you've not purchased through Adobe direct, but through a reseller, you'd need to contact your reseller to add the additional license.

If you have deleted all the photos from your iPhone you can't get them back. The only place they might exist is if you backed them up to iPhoto if you have a Mac. If you have iCloud and Photo Steam enabled, then the last 100 photos would be saved in your Photo Stream.

I have installed Elements 13 on my Mac but can't see how to open it. When I click on the disk icon on the desktop it takes me to an information page that gives no information about opening Elements 13. How do I open the software so that it can be used?
Unfortunately, when I open applications, adobe photoshop elements 13 folder does not appear in the adobe folder. It appears as a disk on the desktop, only.

don't have enough free diskspace to download OS update. And have no way to free up more space. can i download update onto my verbatim hard drive
I already have to have all downloads, pictures, most new apps saved on this verbatim hardrive as my Macbook has literally no memory space!

When did you buy/download it ? If it's still in your country's store, and it's not an iPad-only game, then it should show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPhone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes.
