I have deleted several toolbars including the main toolbar with the web address location. How do I get it back?

I deleted the toolbars on top of the webpage. The only one left is my bookmarks toolbar. I ave tried to squeeze in and right click to see if it will allow me to turn them back on again, but I haven't gotten to do that. Please help.

Well you do not say which browser you are using.
In Safari option-command-T hides the address bar
Are if you need to control click in the tool bar area to customize and return default address bar or same thing under View>customize toolbar

After restarting the computer when firefox 5 had been downloaded the search bar in the top right is now missing.

See if it is on the Customize Toolbar window. If so, while the Customize Toolbar window is open, drag it to the location you want it. To open the Customize Toolbar window, do one of the following:

You may have accidentally "hidden" the app.
Click Account right side of the App Store window under Quick Links and login.
In the Account Information window click View Hidden Purchases

You really should be doing backups with an actual backup application, especially one that will work automatically, and, if your external HD is large enough, back up your entire system. These can automatically back up only what's changed since the previous backup, and some will keep "archive" copies of things you've changed or deleted, also.
Too many things can go wrong, such as your internal HD failing, and you'll have a major project to reinstall everything.
You already have Time Machine, built-in to OSX. You might want to review the Time Machine Tutorial, and perhaps browse Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. Which menu bar? Finder or your email client? Which email client are you using btw? If your email client you can customize your menu through the view>toolbars menu.
If Mail it's view>Customize Toolbar
Finder menu it's System Preferences>Users & Groups>your account>unlock the padlock>Login Items - add the address book by clicking the "+" sign. When done lock the padlock.

They are pre-installed apps and therefore cannot be deleted so you may have inadvertently moved them onto a screen or into a folder. Check all screens and folders and do a search in Spotlight, it will tell you if the apps are still on your iPhone but unfortunately not where it is. If you find them on one or your screens or in a folder, press the icon until it wiggles and then drag it back to where you want it. Alternatively you can reset your home screen in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. Also check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure Safari, iTunes and Installing Apps and Deleting Apps are all ON.

The idea is that the button on the end of the location gar is smart and changes between being a stop or a reload button. It is a stop button whilst loading and a reload button once loaded.
The buttons can be dragged off the customise menu, or if they are already on the toolbar they may be re-positioned, they combine depending on the order they are in, separate them or move them so they swap places, instead of docking with the location bar.

Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID.

If you bought them on your iPad then you will need to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to the Tones part of your computer's iTunes library and you can then sync them to your iPhone - ringtones are a one-time only download, so you won't be able to redownload them directly on your phone.

If you don't have a backup, then all your pics/text/notes are gone.
You can sync back music and app. If you were syncing your contacts with a program in itunes, then you'll get that back.
Not sure why you didn't do a backup, especially prior to doing an upgrade.

In Firefox 3.6 and later on Windows you can hide the "Menu Bar" via "View > Toolbars" or via the right-click context menu on a toolbar.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the "Menu Bar" or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide (click on an entry to toggle the state).
