DO I HAVE TO HAVE THE MINI HDMI CONNECTOR TO COMPLETE THE SOFTER UPDATE PROCESS ?
You might be seeing a Micro USB cable (Not HDMI) that is because your Apple Tv is in Recovery Mode due to some reason and it needs to be Restored by connecting it to iTunes on your Computer. So if you have a Micro USB cable ( which comes with Android Smart Phones ) then try to connect your Apple Tv to your computer using the same and with the help of iTunes Restore your Apple Tv to Factory Settings. Go through the below Apple Support kb which says " If your Apple TV still does not respond or if you were unable to follow the above steps "

I can't share a song i created in garageband to iCloud using iPhone 6. I have all the latest updates and i have iCloud drive enabled and turned on as well as sharing through garage band turned on. Since the new update, when I plug my phone to my car stereo it shows albums/music that I have in my main computer and it seems to be sorting through it making it run slower. Also when I skip to the next track it displays music not on my device but that could be found in my computer or iCloud
If you mean this one:
It's the orientation lock, it stops the display rotating when you rotate your phone.
You can turn this on/off from the control Centre which you can reveal by swiping upwards from the bottom of the screen. -

I have issue in updating software for my Macbook Pro and it kept showing the same software to be updated. I have restart the computer after install the software and still showing the same issue. In addition, i could not update the new itune version and every website i goes to it will show a msg indicating that the website is might not be the real website and would ask me to choose; show certificate, cancel or continue. This applies to the apple website as well.
Pls help and advice.What version of OS X are you running?

i have connected it to itunes like i was told to do and it wont do anything because its locked with a passcode and its frozen on the lock screen and will not let me enter myt passcode and after a while it just shuts off, it has been doing this for almost 48 hours. I was told to hold the home button and power button to shut it down and that I could then restart it and it would work... Nothing has helped, What can I try???
Reset the device by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.
If that does not resolve, restore the device via iTunes on the computer.
If all else fails, take the device to Apple (or whomever provides support in your country) for evaluation and possible replacement. -
i have updated my iphone 4s with the new iso7 software, and now my phone is locked. It is asking me for a code, but I have never locked my phone, so therefore have no idea what the code could be. How do I get back into my phone without loosing any data
Check Settings>Messages>MMS Messaging and make sure it's set to "On".

i connected my phone to the copmuter to chargethen i tunes asks for an update i strted installing and left it to finish when i came back it said that the update couldnt be finished and that i should try again later but my device is not working at all it just shows yhe i tunes logo on the cover and the usb picture below it. i gess its asking for me to conect it so i did but its just charging with out doing anithyng else and i can't access my device from the computer to search the problem either.HELP PLEASE im desperate!!!

Update and Download Error for iTunes
iTunes had an automatic update today, and in the process, it reported some sort of error and said it couldn't complete the update. Tonight I tried to open iTunes, and it wouldn't open. It said that it was missing a file (unfortunately I didn't write down the name of the file it said was missing). I tried installing iTunes again, but it reached an error in the installation process when it was "Starting Services". The error said, "Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient priveleges to start system services." My choices are to Abort, Retry, or Ignore. I aborted and unistalled iTunes entirely from my computer. When I tried to install again, the same error came up. Ignoring the error leads to no change, and retrying brings the same error again.
What can I do to get my iTunes back?? Thanks!Great suggestion! I tried this out, but unfortunately, I just not a new error. Now it says, "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 126)". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I got the same thing...

I have been having issues with starting up my computer for the last 5 weeks it started with a loud clicking sound when starting up and it use to only take turning the computer off and on a few times to get it running. This week it has taken almost a day of me turning off the computer and turning it back on. Last night I did the soft reset and it did come on. I did not shut down the computer and when I returned to it this evening I had to force it to shut down because it was stuck.I have did the soft reset and sad to say it did not work.I decided to try the option command and pr to reset it it did not work do any one have any other suggestions?
You can get a decent new hard drive for $100, plus labor to install it if you're not comfortable doing it on your own. In contrast, a new computer will cost quite a bit more than that. Of course, if that iMac is very old at this point - like, say 6 or 7 years old - the new drive may be worth more than the computer, and you could use this as an excuse to buy a new one!

hello i purchased a movie recently and it shows in my Itunes library but will not transfer to my ipod. It has the Icloud icon in the top right hand corner of the cover and if i click on play it starts to download from Icloud again and it does this each time i wish to play it, the same now happens to all my purcased movies which of course uses additional ISP download allowance. Before the recent update and lay out of Itunes this didn't happen i just purchased a movie and downloaded it then synced it to my ipod and enjoyed it. But now this latest movie purchase will not download to my ipod. I have sent the problem to Itumes and if there is answer i havent received it. Appreciate any advice

You may need to download a lower resolution version of the movie in order for it to sync to your iPod.

You can create a new account here ("Get a Free Apple ID" at the bottom) or switch it to another existing account you may have (separate from your Husbands).
