Free Trial version Photoshop CS3 downloaded but not opening
I downloaded the free trial version for Photoshop CS3 on my computer ( windows vista), it completed installation and a folder wsas placed on my desktop for Abobe CS3 but when i click on it nothing happens, it opens up a window with several folders like Setup and Winbootstraper. How do I get this free trial to start working???

My trail version of Acrobat DC doesn't have a button option or any calculation fields. Is this because this has been taken out of the trial? Regards

I wonder if this is something to do with resolution that the mentioned options disappeared .
Could you please update on what OS are you using ?
Also ,from where did you downloaded the Acrobat DC trial ?
You could try repairing it once and check if that fixes the issue .
If that does not work you can uninstall it once and then re install it and see if that helps you in any way .

I have windows 7 64 and downloaded ADE but cant open library book
I checked out books from my local library to read on my laptop but ADE says file corrupt. Deleated everything and re downloaded but still wont open. Contacted library and they told me to uninstall then reinstall. I also checked out another ebook and that one too is unreadable. Do I have to have a Nook to read this type of book? Anyone can help be greatly appreciated :0
Ain't ADE's problem - no matter what they say at the library. This is a
pretty straightforward problem that is created when the sending software
screws up the file in the transfer.

I have installed creative cloud and a trial version of illustrator on my laptop since then my IT department has purchase illustrator but is having problems installing it onto a PC workstation.
Hi, the problem is that my IT department was sent a link on his laptop to install Illustrator, however the request was for them to build me a workstation and install it on there. they have built the workstation and is having problem installing the CC desktop app on there, just to clarify would you be able to answer the following:
1) Do you have to have CC desktop app to install Illustrator from the given link?
2) If you have signed up & installed CC on your laptop, can you install illustrator on a workstation by simply installing the CC desktop app on the workstation, log into that with your username & activate the link to install illustrator, basically the provided link should not be specific to a computer or user?

Trial version of Illustrator CC 2014 takes over my CS6 old version and forces me to use CC 2014 on launch. How to fix? FIle> get info>won't let me choose >Open this file with CS6. Forces me to use CC 2014 Illustrator which I don't want because I am doing client work in CS6 that I own and I do not have time to try out the CC version.
I also do not like the black interface in illustrator as I cannot even see the layer icon at the bottom. I won't want to buy it if this is all that's offered.You can change the UI brightness in the prefs. Otherwise I'm not clear what your issue is. Handling file associations are operating system basics and you can look them up on a simple web search and from drag&drop onto the launchpad/ dock icon for CS6 to opening the files directly from within AI there sure are enough alternatives, don't you think?

I download a Free trial version of Illustrator - created a document - and no one else can open as an illustrator file (extension .ai) and edit. They have CS6 version 16 - it tells them that it was created in a newer version. They are only able to open individual pages as .pdf.

MAC: AI menu Illustrator >> About Illustrator
The Libraries panel is shipped in AI CC 2014.1 release. If the AI CC version is not AI CC 2014.1 than please update AI CC 2014 using the creative cloud application (quit & re-launch the CC app).

I am running CS6 on a 2014 21" IMac version 10.9.5. I have an earlier version of Illustrator on CS4. When launching the CS4 Illustrator the message says "License for this product has stopped working". What can I do to get this to work?

No, you don't need to re-install the Acrobat again. Just license it when the next time trial prompt appears. The moment you put your email on which you have purchased the subscription, it will get activated.

Not sure what you purchased but it wasn't a serial number. FCPX has no serial number. You simple download it from the App Store using your Apple ID.
