Log out of the iTunes Store on your device:
Settings>iTunes & App Store...tap your Apple ID, then select "Sign Out"
Reset your device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
After the device has restarted, sign back in to the App Store as above.

Perhaps you don't have the correct driver selected.
Try to Add it again, but instead of Auto-Select, choose Select Printer Software, then make sure you have the correct printer selected.
If the driver you have says "Gutenprint" then that isn't the HP driver and might not have all the features.
If you have the correct driver, the only thing you can do is contact HP and ask them to add the features. -

I down loaded a 3 Part audiobook but only one part plays on my ipod touch. All parts did play when first downloaded. Whats gone wrong?
I would either say that the iOS is correpted due to a software glitch or y have have a hardware problem like bad memory locations that are corrupting the iOS.
- Restore from backup via iTunes. This will install a fresh copy of the iOS. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device. This will elimate corruptin in the backup causing the problem.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

When you download from the Adobe site, despite the button saying “install” — it really doesn't do anything but download the installer.
Quit the Safari browser. Next to the Trash icon on your Dock, is an icon that is an alias to your Downloads folder. Click this icon once. There will be a list of previous downloads that pops up. Can I use a plug in USB camera reader to have a load of movies etc on an external hard drive and then plug and play so to speak? I'm off on holiday and haven't got the capacity on the iPad to have everything on that I'd like for the kids.
So basically I want a hard drive with X amount of films etc on. Can I then watch them on my iPad?

Go to your account in the iTunes Store and look for the De-authorise All button in your account's details. Use the De-authorise All and then authorise the PCs you still have.

Indesign CS5 does not operate although Bridge, Light room and also Photoshop elements operate OK A sub menu from Indesign request Java SE 6, after a long play with Apple I end up with Java 10 How can I solve this problem rapidly. why does adobe flash not work in my firefox. i have down loaded it several times. it will work in explorer and chrome.
IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use. You need to install the Plugin version of Flash for Firefox.
