To activate Viber the first time you have to have Carrier Cell Service, with the ability to SMS Text Message. The SMS Text Message will activate Viber. Once activated, you can use WiFi to communicate with Viber.

Tones is the new name for Ringtones. If the entry is missing in the left-hand column of iTunes then enable it from Edit > Preferences > General tab.
If your existing tones are not syncing properly to your iOS device then uncheck the option to Sync Tones from the Tones tab when the device is connected, sync the device, check the option and sync again.

It sounds like you are unable to turn on Wi-Fi because the option is grayed out in Settings. Use these steps from the following article named:

Restart your iOS device.
Make sure that airplane mode is off by tapping Settings > Airplane Mode.
Reset the network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings.
Make sure that your device is using the latest software. To do so, connect your device to your computer and check for updates in iTunes.
If you still can't turn Wi-Fi on, please contact Apple for support and service options. If you can turn Wi-Fi on but are experiencing other issues with Wi-Fi, please see these steps.

Movies are not part of the automatic downloads feature. Apps, music and books only.
If you live in the U.S. you can download many Movies again for free using the same Apple ID that you bought the movie with. If you do not live in the U.S, that feature is not available. Not all Movies are available at this time either.
You can transfer the movie to iTunes on your computer and then sync it to the iPad if you like. -

Not all carriers allow that to be set using preferences in the phone. Contact your carrier.

The lock button on my iPhone5 has also started acting up. Extremely annoying. I have to get it replaced, but I've dropped my phone once and there is a scratch on the top left corner of the phone, so I'm not sure what the warranty says about this situation.

Return it to the pawn shop and get your money back. The device is permanently locked and with the previous owner to unlock it you can never use it except as a paperweight.

I'm not sure why you had to manually enter your contact information, but if you created and turned on your iCloud account, the information should be there.

Please note that the Contacts App (looks like a brown address book) is located inside the Utilties folder on your home screen. Press and hold the Utilities folder and it will jiggle. Then drag the Contacts App out onto the home screen for easier access. (see page 20 of the guide below).

I want to use different songs for ringtones so I can recognize who is calling me but I dont like the preloaded manufactery ringtones. So I found what I wanted but cant make it work for a ringtone?
Songs need conversion before they can be used as ringtones. Songs and ringtones use different formats.
If you have a Mac, you can use GarageBand to do the conversion. If you have a Windows computer, there are utilities but I can't name one.
