I have downloaded and opened the new version of firefox 3 times and it still says i am rinning off the older version... what am I doing wrong?

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

What are the image’s Color Mode and bit depth?
Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels visible?
Does Window > Adjustments not raise the Adjustments Panel?

Your description of the issue is not clear:
What format, bit depth and color was your original file "from the net"? It sounds like it was a Color Indexed GIF, which would cause what you are describing.
In the Macintosh Finder, select said "net image" and do a Get Info on it (Command+i). When the Info box appears in the Finder, take a screen shot and upload it here by using the little camera icon in the Reply Editor in the forum's web interface.
If the image is a 256-color GIF, remember the rule: GIGO = garbage in, garbage out.

Try connecting to your Mac or PC and using iTunes to sync your iPhone. Disconnect your iPhone after syncing, make sure in Settings>iTunes&AppStore you have your Apple ID and password entered, and launch App Store and sign in. It should work now, but do not sign out from App Store. There seems to be a bug that prevents us from signing in again after signing out.

You may want to check ur settings. when you plug in ur ipod make sure it is highlighted then at the top of the page you will see tabs Summary Music Podcast Info....click on the MUSIC tab...in that box there will be 2 options:
Sync Music
Entire Music Library
Selected playlist, artist, albums, and genres
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CHECKED OFF ENTIRE MUSIC LIBRARY

I have downloaded this latest flash player more then 1 time and it contiuse to ask me to download it

I have loaded the latest flash player and still when I watch my videios or play certin games it ask me to down load it again so I tryied just erasing it and stating again and that did not work

HT201263 I have tried this several times but cannot switch the ipod touch back on - but every time I connect it to itunes it says that is in recovery mode stil. What am I doing wrong?

I have tried several times to unlock my daughter's ipod touch by following the instructions, but so far I cannot turn the ipod back on. Everytime it seems to be finished updating I unplug it and it again says that the ipod is disabled and gives me the prompt to start again. Can someone help please? Am I doing something wrong?

After yo successfully download the file, plae the iPod in recovery mode and try a restore.
It sounds like the file is not fully downloaded before the recoverymode expires on the iPod.
